While the app is great performs well and has good options the stories are so poorly written that its hard to believe a professional reporter is behind any of them Consistently misspelled often full of sentence fragments and rarely updated days into a developing story the articles need some serious improvement Great app poor writing
This app has all I need for local news weather Plus theres an allergy forecast which helps tremendously around Central Texas where the allergies are usually very high This is one of the better local news apps out there in Austin of course My go to App for ATX news

I have used this app for years but will be deleting it after today I happened to read an article that basically trashed GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz It was insulting and irresponsible reporting I know I shouldnt expect political impartiality out of an Austin news station so thats on me But I will no longer be using this app Liberal partiality

I like how functional this app is I works well with a few minor exceptions that I can get over What I dont like is the weather portion of this app If I want to see a video if the forecast It seems like Its always a forecast from sometime yesterday and the radar doesnt always want to upload For example today is Monday and the forecast video they have up is from last Thursday evening Really I would just like to see theyre webmaster up date the site after a new video was aired It doesnt have to be a immediately but it would be nice if it was a couple of hours after it aired Not up to date

Being new to TX I expected more This app was poorly designed and the interface is not real great either Weather is rarely accurate videos rarely work it is disappointing to say the least As the news app with the most reviews I tried it and have since deleted it I will be trying KXAN now I suppose Disappointing
