They say Loading Something Awesome but this update is garbage I miss the balance graph and there is no running balance after every transaction This is a big security risk Are you inviting or possibly skimming off the top     No Running Balance

PLEASE give us the option to take this upgrade off and return to the previous version Absolutely do not like that my account balances show so huge on the opening screen I do not like that someone near me can see those numbers Also transferring between members used to be so easy now I have to enter their account numbers each time LMCU you have taken a step backwards in customer satisfaction Please offer the option to revert     Awful upgrade

This works just fine for everything I need from checking balances to transfers                 Works Great

Oh good they made the app look nice Step 2 make it work right Bill pay doesnt work right And you still cant check the status of your max checking account        Pretty not great

Does everything I need more Deposit a check with my camera Awesome Its my understanding from asking the call center that there is 2 factor authentication Its just more convenient than questions                 Love the app

This app is obviously cleaner and more modern in appearance and works quite well However whoever made the decision to eliminate without warning the PayPal feature should be fired Now in order to transfer funds it takes days Yes DAYS Plus it has to be done from the PayPal app and it is no easy task to do so BRING BACK PayPal to our APP ASAP        BRING PayPal Transfer BACK

App was working great until today For some reason the app shuts down when trying to make a mobile deposit              Mobile deposit not working

It works about 10 of the time the rest of the time it signs me in for 10 minutes or I get error code 400 Why have this app if it never works Ive had this app on 3 phones always been a crappy app     Awful

The hamburger menu appears twice on most pages at the top left and bottom right This is a huge UX no no that is spelled out pretty clearly in Apples UI design guides Live chat Really Aint nobody got time for that on a phone Replace the live chat with a contact us or support button or add contact us to the menu so that users can quickly get to the main phone number for phone banking email support etc At the end of the day its a mobile app that really only needs to do 2 things very well 99 of the time Show me my balancestransactions and let me do a mobile deposit Trying to replace the desktop experience just takes away from doing 2 or 3 core things really well Would you expect a customer to apply for a loan at the drive through window Then why expect them to apply for one on a phone or tablet The 4 digit passcode should log me into the app if I create one And not take me to a warmed over version of the quick view page that has buttons that dont work I should be able to login with a pin code and the first page I see should be the recent transactions of my checking account and the balance I should also be able to make a mobile deposit Anything beyond that functionality should be further protected by the full account password specifically transferring money to another member     Hamburgled

When you log in the keyboard covers up the log on button so you cant press it Loading something awesome seems patronizing while its transferring between screens Make it like it was or closer to desktop version     Change it back

This app seems to work pretty well but its missing the feature I use most on my other bank mobile deposit Please implement or bring back this feature           Mobile deposit please

First off this is one of the better apps I have used among the local credit unions That said here is my wish list for this app Touch ID all the way I can log into the AMEX app using Touch ID no password required You can make this an option to turn onoff in the app for the paranoid Do something about that Account Snapshot screen One can display only three shares and the text size is too big I would rather have a summary of all my sharesloansCC than a giant version of only 3 shares Now this one might be borderline impossible but I think a Today widget showing my current available balance would be sweet Again this can be turned onoff in the app for the paranoid           Good app with room for improvements

Honestly the only reason for staying with LMCU is that it is a credit union and that I have been with them for 10 years I would have made the jump to Smart by now if it were a credit union based organization LMCU needs to put the little investment needed into updating online banking It is this generations way of banking Better graphing budgeting and history tools are needed The biggest and most obvious need is an OS7 facelift to this app Clean this app up please Steal ideas from mywallet and Smart I wont judge you           Behind competitors

I downloaded this app for the purpose of mobile check deposit and it does not work I get repeated error messages Total bummer     Mobile check deposit doesnt work

Everything works but the mobile portion does not work It ends up giving an error message        Mobile doesnt work

The apps is ok when it works currently I cant log in to my account for no reason and when it does work I cant deposit checks with the picture feature I thought this app would be great but with very few updates this app has be a great disappointment        Long term review

Keeps telling me invalid username or password ever since I updated     Cant login

The UI design is fresh and the navigation is intuitive The quick view login allows you to view your balances with only pin entry Great job LMCU                 Updated app is much better

The app works well for mobile use except for the credit card Cant see transactions           Works well except credit card

I like it but a couple annoying things Switch apps even for a second and you need to login again when you return Secure yes but why not allow a delay of a minute or two so you can quickly check something like the amount due on a bill you are about to pay Second the mobile check deposit phototaking is very particular on the iPad You must hold the app portrait when you tap take photo and then rotate to landscape to take the pic If you start out landscape theres no way to snap a pic because the icon is off the screen Worse if you start with the iPad upside down home button on top the camera movements are all reversed Left is right up is down Other than those things a useful app Thanks              Check deposit buggy

Nice redesign In the previous version there was ambiguity in the transfer process The new transfer process is very clear Easier to use than the full site                 Great Update

This used to be a great and convenient app But since the major update there are so many glitches Sometimes I cant login other times I cant transfer money It is awful and below par     Awful

This app could really use a balance amount in the accounts history page like an actual register does After each transaction showing give the balance That would make things much easier when looking at the history              Great app but

Hey fairly straightforward simple app to use I agree with the other reviewers that thinks that the loading something awesome is really stupid and somewhat insulting Thats the last thing I want to see when I click on my mortgage        Simple Annoying

In general the app is cool But there is no tab for me to even try mobile deposit Also the website has an awesome budgetting tool that is not available in the mobile app           No mobile deposit

The max checking requirements should be shown on the app not just the website It is a lot easier to access the app and check to see if I met the max checking requirements yet Otherwise good app              Great app but I want to see

Would have given 5 starsI loved the app until the recent iOS8 update now I cannot take a photo of my check to use the Mobile Deposit The GUI doesnt fit the screen no button to snap the photo Neither my iPhone or iPad versions work Please fix Thank you              App does not work on iOS8

This new UI is new but not better Looks like they need to hire an actual designer to hand the developers some mockups        new UI better

Overall the app is great however anytime I attempt to make a transfer to another LMCU member saved the app throws an error code and forces you to login again The transfer does go through but you cant verify until you log back in again Please fix           Transfer issues

The update has larger font so it is easier for my Dad to see but the app quit working and has constant server issues so its useless     Server issues

With the recent update we lost the ability to transfer funds over PayPal Also I believe we could view scans of checks that feature is no longer available This new app has a poorly designed and redundant user interface Not very useful for those of us who prefer to do our banking via cell phone     Old version was much better
