The look of the game is great nice art and design Simple yet has style Fun game and I agree that its addictive Controlling the cannon by tilting the ipodiphone is a nice idea but a bit awkward Hopefully its something that just takes a while to get the hang of Minimal complaint Overall coolest game Ive played on the ipod touch so far                 Favorite Game So Far

Still my most played iPod Touch game after all this time I desperately want an update for this game Please improve the laser to make it more viable the regular rockets and super rockets both feel way better to use every moment Perhaps add a lingering slow to it Other suggestions perhaps you could add a monster that requires lasering before it can be killed with rockets That would be interesting and fun To stretch could you add voluntary buying the cannon upgrades still tenporarily say 25 rockets to activate super or another bomb Love this app Thank you                 Superb

Last Cannon is a spinoff of the popular defender genre You cannon is positioned at the bottom and baddies come down from above However this game is quite the deviation You are given 3 weapons to fire first is the beam It changes the color of the enemy to the opposing color if it was blue itll now be orange and vice versa The rocket is your main attack force The rocket takes out enemies in specific fashion though The point of changing the color of the enemy is so the rocket blast can cause a chain effect among the enemies Depending on the distance from one likecolored enemy from the next a group of enemies can be destroyed with one rocket Whats also important to note is that you have a limited number of rockets and in order to gain more rockets you have to kill groups of enemies at a time If you kill 1 enemy you get no rockets but for every one you kill after that you receive 1 addition rocket The 3rd weapon is a nuke type weapon that gets rid of all the enemies on the screen This has a time delay so use it wisely The game is over when you let the enemy past firing range 4 times The difficulty ramp is a little steep at one point in the game the enemies were coming faster than I could manage and this wasnt very deep into playing maybe 3 minutes so youre looking at a pickupandplay title rather than a long winded career game The thing I dont like is that this is a shoot for the best high score type of game I would like to see more in way of high scores As of now the high scores table only shows the best 5 scores you achieved nothing more nothing less I would love to see a global high scores table maybe a stats area showing your best game with how many enemies were destroyed and other various facts This leads me to my next point I considered the possibility that this sort of stuff was left out intentionally except the global leaderboards thats inexcusable If you havent noticed the game is downright beautiful in its artistic design It is somewhat reminiscent of the popular World of Goo title And judging by the name last cannon you can kind of get the idea that this game is about downinthedumps artsyemo feel You dont have to be an emo to appreciate this I infact hate emos but I appreciate this art to a great extent Since the art style of the game follows a trend of simplicity this may be the reason why the game depth is somewhat shallow as it only shows what it has to It is in that regard that I value this title they successfully managed to create a title that has the same feel as the graphics call for 45 stars This would be 55 stars if it had global leaderboards therefore giving the game some reason to come back to              Great

It took me a bit to get the flow but once I did so addictive Reminds me of my favorite old Atari games Good BG music too                 Sweet

I really like the controls and the feel of this game the graphics are refreshingly unique and while the concept itself is simple the game is quite enjoyable to play remember Space Invaders anyone My problem is that around the time I hit 76K points enemies are dropping so fast that there is no way to stop them all so I die quite quickly Im not very motivated to play it anymore because I know that no matter what I do I will be dead within four minutes Id encourage the developer to vary the difficulty of the play as the game goes on Just having things get faster and faster until you have no chance is a pretty lame way to build a game              Great Gameplay but over WAY too fast

I wrote a review for the previous version of this app saying that there was really no reason to keep playing Now that there are global leaderboards I can try and get a global high score instead of just trying to beat my previous best Thank you I am raising my rating from 4 to 5 stars because of this I highly reccomend this game if you want a fun pick up and play game you can play anywhere                 Thanks for the update

By far some of the best and most tasteful graphics and sound on the iPhone The game itself is deceptively simple it recalls the polaritybased attacks of Ikaruga without cloning it at all Sort of like Missile Command meets Ikaruga with an atmosphere to it thats surprisingly immersive for an iPhone game                 Amazing and atmospheric

Really amazing feel and ambience The music is awesome The graphics wonderful This game really is fun bright and stunning A nice twist on the old Space Invaders game                 Still fantastic

I played for about 20 minutes and only had one thing to say Great Game I just love how the graphics and animations are all so smooth great background music and I really dont have any bad things about it All great Ill for sure throw up a review on this                 Love It

By far the the most well made game I have played in years and if you cant believe ME who can you believe This game is like someone took the best parts of Bubble Bobble Double Dribble and Double Dragon and combined them with Bust A Move Tetris 2 and Duck Hunt The only thing I would change about Last Cannon is the title                 Appsolutly Awesome

I bought this game based on a review when it first came out It wasnt bad and I played it a few times Once the scoreboard was added I played it couple times a week I was in the top 5 Then once the new guns were added and the balance of the game was changed that threw me a curve ball Its so much better now Love the new changes and I cant wait for future updates Keep up the good work Ill have to keep playing I want to be in the top 10 plague88                 Excellent game

The game is fun to play overall but there are some core problems at about 70000 points the game becomes less of skill and more of luck I find myself lobbing rockets to the top while there are none in hopes of breaking a new spawn If you are lucky you clear that wave and get to the next if you arent lucky the mobs are falling too quickly for the slow moving cannon to keep up to clear the wave              Fun but needs some fine tuning
