The app used to save my place when I closed it but now it doesnt and I always have to search for it I prefer to read on my phone rather than in my actual scriptures because its more portable Please fix this I really prefer having my place saved Thank you I Always Lose My Place

This is the best app but they are always late with the updates Still no Feb Ensign I guess if youre going to use this app youll need to order paper Ensign Customer service is slow but at least they still respond Cant seem to keep up to date

This is not an update They took away the Hymns from the app Now it takes you to the LDSorg website and gives you an awful hymnal experience Stick with the previous version Dont update

This is a wonderful app and very user friendly however I would suggest that yall change the page system to tabs that can be accessed at any point within the app And also when you search for something it would help if it displayed the book that its in and not just the chapter and the category Very good but needs work

Just did the update that said would fix the reading plan bugs on the iPad It did fix the ability to begin a new reading plan but still does not allow me to page through the dates nor does it show the date Im on like it used to Would appreciate a fix for this as well Thanks iPad reading plans on new update

My app was working great until I updated to get Oct 2013 conference Now I cant see text and the layout is unfamiliar Latest update didnt help Latest updates so buggy

Have reported this before told to uninstall and reinstall app Did that App still throws you out when attempting to access any of the church magazines App crashing on PDF library

I have been a wordofmouth salesman for this app since its first appearance but since it now requires iOS 6 I can no longer update and use it to teach my class Disappointing And not necessary I wonder how many others are now left behind So what has always been five stars is now two Now unusable

Not all the time do we have an Internet connection in our ward because of our location I liked using the hymns on the app with the music and words Now I cant Oh well like everything that gets updated to make it better it always makes it worse Especially when we have to use the Internet for everything No hymns

Love having this back From release notes it looks like there are restrictions on what creators can have in app now unfortunate but I get it Love having it again this is my only go to app for church use it 100 for our lessons we teach Great to have back

Finally deleted program because new update wouldnt download and kept zapping power in the process of trying to download Had to delete program

This is my favorite app by far I use it everyday for personal reading as well as preparing lessons I love that it has all of the manuals so if you are ever asked to teach a class at the last minute you have the manual and can prepare the right lesson There are a few things that do require Internet to access due to legal rights to content but those are few and most of the time we are all connected one way or another so that doesnt matter to me This is the must have app in my opinion Awesome App always improving

Why does the PDF for the English triple combination still not work I have been reporting for months now that it doesnt display anything but blank pages My iPhone 5 on the latest version of iOS 703 will act like its downloading that PDF but when I try to read it its nothing but blank pages No content at all is visible Other PDFs seem to work fine but not this one Please fix Also when will both PDF and regular versions of the scriptures be updated to use the new versions of the English scriptures released by the church in 2013 That includes new section headings in the DC among other things Thanks Fix the PDF of English Triple Combination

I really like this app butI was not happy when I went to church this morning and the 2014 curriculum wasnt there I had to use the Churchs Gospel Library app instead Blaming Apple for the delay is lame you have known what the 2014 curriculum is long enough that it should have been cleared and downloaded in plenty of time Gospel Library was able to get the new curriculum ready in time why didnt you If this was the first time this has happened I might excuse it but this has happened before This is still my favorite scripture appand Id give you 5 stars if it wasnt for your poor planning Not happy

This used I be the best scripture app out there Ever since iOS7 it has never been the same I was extremely excited to see an update this morning hoping and praying it would fix the wrongs no such luck Wont remember my last spot opening a new tab does nothing but take me back to the library hidden menus dont exist anymore I want the old version back and dont know why it went from great to lackluster I am still holding out hope but losing it quickly and about to demand a refund Used to be awesome

I just got the update for my iPhone 5 with iOS 703 The Tabsstill dont work for me and the app wont remember your last location when you close the app double click of the home button and swipe up It doesnt crash as often as it was but there is still some work to do to get back to the quality of the iOS 6 days Still lots of bugs

I have used this app for years When there were copyright issues recently I was totally bummed I prefer this app for prepping my Gospel Doctrine lessons over the Churchs app I was glad when they got the copyright issues worked out and couldnt go back to using this app for my lessons The one thing that is dissatisfying is the syncing between devices Its pretty horrendous The Church is app is 100 better at syncing between devices I wish I could merge the best of both apps Only downfall is syncing or rather lack of

This is an expensive app for what it does and does not do I am a listener to scriptures and other materials in the car This app has no audio player functions The old LDS SCRIPTURES app apparently no longer available is a superior product because it does the things this app does not do Come on guys You can do better Also no verse selection on lookup This seems like a poor version of an old Palm pilot app Sad but true Fair to poor

Im sorry but those changes renders the app irrelevant and unusable and until you change that Im not using it or using the old version You charge the same while delivering less Why use this app if all it does is redirect to the LDS site I can go there myself The changes are unacceptable New Format Irrelevant App

Folks that are complaining This app is complying with a lawsuit that was filed against them and the church that keeps them from placing the hymns here directly Just an FYI Its not an intentional downgrade for no reason or without cause Obviously all you can do is judge for yourself if its still an app that you appreciate or that helps you Lawsuit

If you enjoy reading in Spanish like I do dont update The app crashes when you try to read the scriptures in Spanish I hope they fix it soon UpdateSpanish

Ive always liked this app bit the interface has always bee questionable Its like they dont have a designer on their team or something Now with their iOS 7 update things have gone from bad to worse Its like they really dont have a clue It looks awful and has way to many conflicting design elements Hopefully they fix it Im personally thinking of sending them some ideas just because I cant stand looking at the app and its one of the ones I use the most Other than that it gets the job done but there are other cheaper apps out their that get the job done and dont look so ugly I may have to start testing those out Gross looking

Please fix or go back to the version before your last big update I really liked this app and it did everything I wanted it to do I no longer can quickly go back and forth between scriptures When I switch windows then switch back it brings me back to the library and doesnt save where I was There are major highlighting issues too I liked that I could plan all of my lessons right on my phone but I cant do that now This was a five star app before the current version Used to be awesome

Ive really enjoyed this app for many years This newest update 317 downloaded yesterday 5215 has the following glitch hopefully you can resolve it quickly Studying this weeks SS lessoncome follow me When you click on a link within the lesson you cant back to the lessons It backs you all the way out to the select lesson screen Id also like to see a link within the app where we can give you a heads up on broken links and other items Ive found number in my days but never reported them because I didnt know where This problem above in the SS lesson was more than I want to just look over Trent Richens Functions

Another great update This app is by far the best scripture app on the app store and I have all of them including the churchs I love being able to stream the audio for conference talks or to watch the conference videos from right in the app The app is constantly being updated with new content and features Being able to backup your notes and highlights has saved me more than once when I bought a new iPhone and reset my device By far the best scripture app

What I hate about this app is the unsolicited prompts to dont forget to read your scriptures It also crashes every time I turn on the audio Has some good featuresI use these at church for of the ease of going between different books and chapters and then finding your original place again Unwanted alerts

Content is there PDF library is not formatted correctly such that it is not useable Scriptures are formatted well I like the scripture reading Looking up footnotes and getting back to verse is easy Cross reference needs a search function Needs more description in search results For example when a conference address is hit the speaker and talk title ought to appear Also app needs to include links to LDSorg for conference talks and manuals If you want to text a lesson to a sub teacher the app ought to text the link to the lesson on LDSorg rather than the text of the lesson Finally the app needs to sync with my LDSorg study notebook like the Library app does Below average for performance

2 stars because you updated your chapter headings in DC which no longer contain the actual source where the historical account was originally recorded ie H of C etc Fix this please Chapter headings
