This game wont load since the last update Send another update where it will actually let me get on this freaking game     FIX IT

I was updating the game and when I logged back on itit just stayed on the start screen What do I do Help              Help Its Stuck On Start Screen

I love this game However since the last update on Thursday morning I have not been able to even get it to completely load up so I can play What is going on           Crashing since update

Okay I have two opinions First this game is AWESOME The starter heroes you get are very strong and getting more heroes isnt too hard People say its pay to play but thats so wrong I have like seven THREE STAR heroes plus a bunch of two and one stars Im a level fifty and I have not put in one cent If you understand the strategy of the game its pretty easy to level up People say that you hit a roadblock when adventure levels require you being a higher level I have not had that problem You find that if you try to get youre heroes equipment to get to blue and purple the You get tons of XP so easy on blitz This game has tons of features that are simple but I like it a lot because a lot of strategy is required People say the combat requires no effort but thats not true The combat is the result of youre efforts Every hero is different there are tanks damage healers and area damages If you arrange them correctly then you will win the levels Also resources are fairly easy to acquire when you need them Stamina has almost never been a problem for me So its incredible there Love the diversity combat variety and addictingness I play this game every day So why did I give it four stars Heres why See that rating 4 it says Heh This game is filled with scantily clad women Many would be breaking a law if they were in public in the real world I mean really put some clothes on Some profanity and suggestive themes throughout but not bad there Overall funny interesting storyline BUT there needs to be either a rating change or a HUGE update Clothes on these people thats all Im asking I still love this game though its AWESOME              Two sides

This is an amazing game You dont NEED to spend money to move forward with lots of daily challenges and opportunities to get gold Sure you may need to wait ten billion years to play again but you can get so much out of one play session Great job                 Wow

Even when I have full wifi bars the game tells me theres no connection why              Awesome but

Im gonna keep this short This is a highly addictive pay to play game with zero customer support and no recovery if you loose your account I had spent a considerable amount of money to compete that is the only way you stand a chance to compete and after an update my progress was gone I continued to play and wrote support repeatedly and was ignored They never even acknowledged my losses So if you are into being robbed and paying to win this is the game for you     Dont waste your time or money

This game is one of the best rpg games I have ever played the art style is great and the game runs smoothly except for some reason angel trial wont work I would try to go into a battle and it would crash no matter how many times I tried before it would work randomly some nights I could play it and then the next night it would not work at all I absolutely love this game if you could just fix this it would be even better              One problem please read

I love this app and I am at level 57 There is something that is getting on my last nerves I updated my iPod to iOS 9 and now I cant play it Just make it so that it is stable for iOS 9 because I really want to play it I know that some other people have this problem and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible I know iOS 9 just came out and it take some time but just try and fix it real soon              Fix this now

Internal problems is what pops up every time I am playing this game I like this game I love playing this game and I believe that you have to work for everything in this world so investing is not an issue for me What is an issue is that the game keeps booting me off or having to think for a long time I know it is not my device because the game says it is its fault I want to continue playing this game but if you are constantly going to kick me off then you dont want me playing this game Please fix              Internal problems

I have played a few games like this now and this one is by far the best Better then Heroes Charge Artwork is awesome and gameplay is very in depth I have had a few crashes but what game doesnt have them Not sure how you can lose your account as it has a pretty typical server setup Enjoy                 Best game of it type

Great game but recently seems to become money hungry and many characters are basically premium only and are dominating the game        Money

The makers of this game must be perverts to make this a kids game     This is really for kids

Ive had a lot of fun with this game in the months Ive been playing Theres enough to do to keep you occupied for a bit if you have some time to kill but the majority of the important daily things can be done fairly quickly Its well enough put together that I dont mind spending a bit to support it My biggest gripe is the limited guild interface The chat is very large and character limited Polishing that and maybe kicking up an in gamekingdom forum would go a long way toward guild building              Really well put together

I was playing the game for awhile and enjoying I but one day I logged in and have to change servers next thing I know everything was gone and and I wasnt able to get it back     Lost everything

I have logged out of the game sense yesterday afternoon so yall could download whatever and now the game wants to start me all the way to the beginning I logged in as a guest from the start I was at 56 level Leon summers        Done

This is a five star game but I now have trouble finding the sever list now Can you fix           Problems with sever list

This is a very well put together game however The problem is simply this They add a new serverrealm or more every week This game is only a few months old in the US but it has over 100 US Servers not to mention Europe and Asia This takes away from older servers and you end up with little to no players Join a new server and its so bogged down from all the players that want to start fresh and compete on the same level as everyone else that it ends up being no fun And if you spend on the game VIP it does NOT transfer to a different server           Amazing game but Im changing my review

I love the game on Pc since its more detailed very addicting the scenery are also great Id rather play on the Pc but thought I should try this too Played the app once and disliked it but Ill give it a second chance Pc server Auriga lvl 77              LOA Player

This is a really fun and addicting game for the hour and a half you get to play it per day Fight and level up heroes It is a good time but the stamina runs out quickly and recharges slowly Then you have to use diamonds to get more It is worse than actually paying for the game Save yourself the headache and just keep looking Before you too find the need to spend 30 bucks just to play for a couple hours           Almost

I spend at least 2 hours a day playing this game For anyone who doesnt understand exactly what the game is you get cards to summon Heroes and angels Using them you battle stages on the map trials and against other players The graphics arent the usual choppy or blocky style mmorpg kind of game The card art style is amazingly beautiful and the player models are nice I noticed with my angels if I upgrade the second tier skill it will say connecting and tell me I have no connection but will still upgrade I love the idea of being in guilds with other members but I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if two players could trade items and maybe soul gems I could see how trading could take away some fun from the game but if it was at a reasonable trade I would love to trade with the many siblings and friends I have brought into this game I dont find any elements necessarily repudiative and it isnt one of those games where without buying things irl you wont get anywhere Though I do think its a little unrealistic for me to pay 30 if I wanted to level up my VIP level which is mostly irrelevant and you do not need to level that up I suggest this game to anyone at any age at any gender And I challenge you to fight Polynoe server for life                 Help

Its an amazing game My one request would be could you reduce the time it takes to refresh stamina Yes there are many ways to get stamina but it only takes a couple of hours to get rid of it all As of which you are resorted to waiting a long time for more Thanks                 Great game only one concern

I love the game Ive been played since I downloaded however the made a new upgrade and I cannot download this upgrade It give me trouble Pls fixed              Fixed

I have never written a review and I have played a ton of games I have even spent a lot of money on games where they were indicted for crimes over the money they charged That being said this one has earned it The game itself if you are a spender youll be on top pretty quick Not saying you wont have any game left to play the money only gets you easily to a certain point and the rest of the way you have to actually put in some work The graphics are good there is a large number of things to do so you are t repeating the same one or two only over and over and higher levels get new things to do There are a few minor issues I get a connection issue when upgrading second tier angel skills and once or twice a day I get knocked out when accepting a reward I dont lose the reward and reloading only takes a few seconds I havent played a game yet that had an absolute zero on issues Overall gum having fun and thats what matters The customer support I have spent quite a bit There are new goals every day that provide different rewards Some of these are related to spending Most goals are reset daily or on Only extend for 24 hours In the past 3 months I have had problems with a double charge goal rewards not being credited and one 2 occasions the game locked up during purchase so I was unable to finish a goal I had spent a lot of to get to Each time I reported the issue immediately They have always responded within the promised 2 days but never once with a helpful answer For me the responses come at night so I believe its not a US based support and English is not always their strong point although for nonnative speakers they usually do better than average However if the goal has ended they cant fix it in time and they wont credit earned items after its reset or ended The most recent ticket I sent was for a 4999 purchase The game froze so I turned myth ice off and tried again It said already purchased and purchase being restored but all it did was lock up again I got a response within 15 minutes but was told to contact Apple get the charge cleared I did there was no charge I went back in and tried again same results I replied to support with Apples a response and that I tried again and they copied and pasted their earlier advice with quote marks I again contacted Apple thinking a different person may have a different idea They said it was an in game issue after thoroughly looking at their end of it I reported that to the support I even offered my Apple ticket number screen shots of the issue occurring and screen shots of Apples advice I was told they cannot do anything payments are an Apple issue I responded for the 5th time that no payment went through the game was freezing on the goal The goal ended at midnight I did eventually get another response from the debs that I should reload the goal which I had already tried since other earlier issues that was same advice but that was not in time for the goal to be completed Now I have spent half do the money to reach a 200 48hr goal that I cannot complete I have no issue with giving them the money but only for the same rewards I was entitled to if the game worked properly during the goal I cannot say whether the support is just unable to understand what I am writing has no power to actually fix the issues reported or has a policy of being uncooperative and at times disrespectful What I can say is that if you purchase an item and there is an issue that the player had no hand in creating its the right thing to do to fix that issue Not give excuses and ignore it For gameplay I would give this a 5 star rating But a game has to be judged on the totality of the experience If I were a nonspender then I could give that review Being a spender however means that I have to count that as part of my review Since Apple is where you come to spend for this game and where it is rated financial concerns are more suited for review here anyway Thats why I have had to give this game a much lower rating I believe my comments are detailed enough for you to make your own assessment        Gamegood Supporthorrible

The gameplay is repetitive You get to a point where if you want to be competitive you need to invest I support investing though hard work was put in to develop these games so a reward for the enjoyment is understandable What i do NOT support though is the fact the customer service will not help you out if you have an issue 3rd day playing i was vip 4 made a wrongful purchase didnt use it and put in a ticket soon as I realized I bought the wrong item They would not exchange the item for the credits of the event I didnt even ask for the 2000 diamonds i had just spent I asked for the event currency you can turn your diamonds into the event currency youre just more limited I had also put in a ticket prior In the game you can do 1 draw at a time or 10 draws Well I did 2 10x draws 5999 diamonds each and they only counted them as 2 divinations there was an event for divinations so i was trying to raise mine Now Im no mathmetician but 1010 is 20 but They also would not rectify this situation I dont believe their support is fluent in English They couldnt understand the issue or at least they played it off like they didnt Either way a games only as good as the support and players Sometimes companys forget that the player is their income this company happens to be one of them Look at their support section and you will see horrendous reviews        Stay away

LOA has been a fun and addictive game New features keep opening up even past level 60 though some take time and patience to get to If you want to be competitive youll probably spend money on the game though you definitely dont have to The only thing Id ask the developers to work on is to keep it from crashing so frequently              Fun and addictive

I really enjoy playing this game and one thing I really like about it is that you dont have to spend money on it in order to succeed in the game If youre smart about how you use your ingame currency it will start to add up One thing I would like is for the stamina to replenish faster Also once an angel or hero is completely upgraded there is nothing you can do with the extra soulstones It would be nice if there was a way to sell them for at least a few diamonds Otherwise they just add up in your inventory completely useless              Super fun and addictive

Ok this game is well put together everyone did their hardest putting this together it is just that there is so many servers there is over 100 US servers also what is not really an issue more like a discouragement is that when you recharge I wish the recharge would go to new servers you switched toplay on since I play on BlueWitchS11 and i would like to move to server 6 but i have spent a little bit of money in S11 and would like at least the VIP 5 rank i have be on other severs other than that I love this game I spend so much time on it and look forward to future updates              Awesome game But

I want to give this game five stars but I need help From the get go this game has been surprisingly entertaining addictive I want to right a full review but Im stuck Youzu games please read on I have a unique problem I have played this game thru to level 40 successfully collected many heroes angels But now I cannot move on in the adventure mode unless I reach level 42 Angel trials the arena dont give me experience replaying old levels gives me 6 experience points total per level even with 3 stars And the elite levels have actually gotten too difficult for me to pass at all I have hit a wall I want to keep playing because the game really is a blast to play But it seems pointless to just rehash old levels or pointlessly build up unhelpful points in other game features I need to know what to do Youzu tell me how I can get my levels up And FYI if u can only recommend I spend money on diamonds which I dont see helping this situation anyway I will remove the game from my phone move on to something else Thank you              Youzu Games plz read I need help

Very good game if you like games with progression The company is generous with giving gems away and there are always events in game Only bad thing is that sometimes you have refresh the game before you see changes such as your purchase                 Great game

Really enjoy the game However with this latest update Ive started having some horrendous connection problems I can hardly play more than 510 minutes without having to closereopen the app due to losing connection Hopefully it gets fixed soon The game is definitely worth playing If the connection problems are fixed easy 55 rating              Great

The help center will not help you they will reply a few times but not remove your issue the They just stop responding they game gets very repetitive with little rewards for leveling up its not worth the time money and effort you put into it just to be ignored when you plea for help     No support from the help center
