Finally An explanation about why I could never get Lean on to work on my iPad Would it have been so hard for UHC to have told us this I guess this means if I want to enroll someone electronically I need to bring my laptop Right     Tethering problem Kapalua1993

If your iPad is WiFi only and use this app while tethered to your phone it won t work and is designed not to according to a PHD rep Apparently it will work if you have cell on your tablet It was nice to get confirmation of that after trying to use LEAN several times in the field which is where all my applications come from Since rollout it s fax for me     Beware Of Tethering vaxmanid

After logging submitting user ID and PW the app immediately crashes every time     Will not run BackToAndroid

It WAS a great thing So frustrating Have to write other carriers that can make their e app work     Disappointing Have fun but broke

I have no problem with this app on an iPad Air which lacks the capability of the Apple Pencil but with the iPadPro 1st Gen 12 2015 I have yet to be able to complete one application without it freezing and having to restart I have yet to complete any application even after multiple re starts on this device Have called PHD for assistance and they have not been able to determine the problem I have deleted the application and re installed I have reset my entire iPad to the original specs with the same results My MAPD s work flawlessly This problem only happens on my iPadPro     Med Supp App on iPadPro freezes every time just before submission FloridaProducer
