So far this app is awesome I like how it challenges the brain to think fast but to try to get it right I think it works better than regular flash cards and such It s repetitive in a good way to let it sink in with multiple ways Visual and sound with pictures and native spoken words similar to Rosetta stone Builds onto what I already knew so it helps to have a good base knowledge                 Better than simple Flashcards Keineangst

The best app I have found for practicing brushing up on German The use of pictures really gets your brain thinking in German instead of simply memorizing or translating After just a couple of levels you are moving on quickly to using the language naturally and with proper grammar Unfortunately when you encounter words you don t know and can t figure out from the context no translation is given It would be easier to read if the text were more than a few shades darker than the background It would also be nice if you had the option of a review game combining all of the levels you have passed                 Best practice nysa00

There s no English to where I could mis understand what the word is and for games like the puzzle game and tag game the sound should be after we choose the tag because the sound tells us which to pick Another this is the puzzle game need more choices to choose from to make it harder more articles and such for choices                 No english Germanjb11

It s very similar to Rosetta Stone It teaches the language pretty well maybe a little better than RS Not bad for a dollar I Definitely recommend it if you are just starting German Edit Ok now that I am farther in the app I can probably give a decent review This app is OK But it sometimes is hard to know exactly what they are trying to say with just a picture Also if you want to use ANY app to learn german make sure you also have a german text book or learning book of some sort You can get one from your public library obviously Auf Wiedersehen EDIT Just noticed that there is a mistake in one of the sentences It says Die Katze isst It should be Die Katze frisst Isst is for humans Frisst is for animals Not a big deal but just something to note                     Good Glenn_cocoa
