This is the worst hypnotic recording Ive ever heard The speaker seems to be trying to imitate Erich Browns style and its not working The content is absurdly repetitive and even the grammar is bad Essentially he just keeps urging the listener as if saying You can do it you can do it without any tips that would help Somebody just decided to pull in some and didnt apparently do any real preparation Extremely amateur
I do not give in to hypnosis easily so the extreme repetition actually worked on me But after 20 minutes of relax even more deeply and the second time they counted down from ten to ease the muscles I had to turn it off because I just wanted to sleep lol How does this help learn a language Though I am keeping it on my phone to help me sleep Well that was interesting
