Love love love this appmy only suggestion is that they create a save button so that you dont have redo the entire lease should you have to tweak it somehow Jay              My thoughts

Tried to set up my first contract today Problems noted are Several typos and words running together Unable to change canned language in pre filled areas to remove words or phrases that are not applicable In one section I was allowed to freestyle but was unable to review below 10 lines in edit mode to correct mistakes I guess they dont believe anyone should correct their mistakes including their own This made it virtually worthless as you cannot correct mistakes but you have to start text over and type the same 200 words again just to get past a single typing mistake Thats pathetic A waste of 500 if you cannot edit longer phrases Cant believe they raised the price to 5 from 099 without fixing petty mistakes If they were to fix this I would take a second look        Just ok

I really appreciate that this app is simple easy and affordable No more going to Office Depot paying 1020 for a lease contract for new tenants Way to go with this one                 Its worth it

Works pretty cool I had to email it to myself then copy and paste in another program to edit the mistakes For 5 bucks they should spend 30 minutes and fix the mistakes        Cool but needs major proof reading

The app is very simple to use Although the app cost only 099 it should have been better proofread Many typos and words running together Please fix so we dont have to Other than thatGreat app Would have given it a 5 star if someone took the time to fix the little things           For 099 cents Ill take it

I think almost everything about this app is perfect The two things that are missing are 1 Have more areas to have a initial or signature field after one of the fieldsparagraphs 2 The biggest problem is the app is not multitasking friendly If you double tap to get address or contact info then go back into the app all the prior work is completely gone This is a huge downfall I would think its very common to get info out of a email or contact to paste it into the app Please fix this then I will review again           1 update away from 5 stars

First you can not save the lease and go back if you exit out of the app The only option you have is to send it to your email Second there are TONS of misspellings and formatting errors Some words run together and some are just misspelled This app should be a free app and not one that you pay for Dont spend your money in this     Not worth it

If you like this app you must work for the company Complete waste cant save if you navigate away from the screen you lose all information Tons of misspellings A real sucker punch Buyer Beware     Refund please
