After reading the 1 review I went ahead and bought it and started using it For about 5 minutes the problem is there is not any way to itemize expenses You can put them into 1 of 4 pre labeled item categories operating expense maintenance commission and tax other Not capable of entering specific expenses Not enough options

I have 8 town homes in two buildings This app does not allow additional fields like income for water bills expenses that are grouped like taxes mortgage for each building and insurance So even though it claims extensive reporting that is rubbish Dont buy Sir
