The app seems to streamline everything into one interface but you still need to create a username and password for every little thing Also the app is still very buggy and shuts off at any moment causing you to start all over again A nightmare if you want to schedule a service appointment There is potential here but in my opinion released too soon     Buggy Caselove

Lexus knows how to make really nice cars but that s not what can be said of their mobile apps Terrible UX feels dated and not even mobile native most are just wrapped up he ll pages constantly crashing and filled with junk ads that are irrelevant for a new car owner For a new car it shows the 5K service is due now and to schedule an appointment new tires need to be purchased etc Apart than ads there is absolutely nothing else this app shows me not sure what s the point of this app when there are other apps like Remote and Enform Suite etc which btw are also quite badly designed     Good car really bad mobile apps rr205

Yep Here s another one folks Buy a 55 000 vehicle from Lexus and this is the mediocre garbage technology that they come with Wish I could say this is an outlier but all of the other apps are trash too Especially the technology featured in the car itself This company is lagging about 10 years behind in vehicle tech and their app development is about the same     Another weak sauce Lexus app YourGhostInMyMachine

In this latest update even the limited usefulness of this app doesn t work anymore When asking to see anything that is a pdf such as the health report all you get is a blank page with the file name i e thethingthatiwant pdf in the center of it Under Warranty Manuals everything comes up warranty Finally and ironically when trying to contact Lexus about the app s issues the customer information form keeps bringing up the drop down choices for previously completed items until at last the app crashes before you can send any sort of message So I resorted to this Please At least make what little there is work correctly again     Version 4 0 beyond almost useless scottp461

This app is really terrible Putting aside the sluggish feedback and completely unintuitive interface much like Lexus navigation actually there is no use for it It does not allow you to schedule service appointments does not show any maintenance history even something simple like looking up tires shows the wrong wheel size Why bother having the app at all if you can t see vehicle specific information Don t use this app     Unusable App AndrewGo88

OK Lexus Time to step up and fix this app When I schedule a service it doesn t remember what my last service was and what the next one should be according to the maintenance schedule Nor does it remember my contact information who I am etc even though I have logged in What s the deal This is a terrible app Lexus should be embarrassed linking their premium vehicles to such a lousy app Get a new software engineering group in to fix this top to bottom     Terrible app Overlook7

I have a 2005 SC 420 Pebble Beach and a 2017 RX 3450 F No matter what I do and I am very experienced with computers and IOS I cannot connect with Lexus Drivers This app is less than I would have expected from Yugo if they still were in business I traded in a BMW which had a great app and my Tesla has a great app I expected more from Lexus and just got disappointed     Worst App Ever Palm Harbor Owner
