I probably tried every LG app for my new LG TV and none seem to work I even dropped close to 7 for one of them and was just like the rest of worthless apps I was definitely missing my Samsung app when I decided to Check out LG connect devices and discovered a by invite only LG android and iPhone phone app for Your tv Oh my goodness The app provided by LG works great and is free I don t mind putting down money for an app that I can use but I hate paying for something that is worthless     Waste If Time and Money dkmv2006

Installation was easy The remote control function worked well on an iPhone 5 controlling an LG BD 540 Blu ray player but completely drained the iPhone battery in just 2 hours The phone becomes hot when this Ap is in use or even suspended You must completely close the Ap to stop the massive power consumption The private mode function is OK fir music but not for video because the sound as heard on the iPhone is not synchronized to the video track         Some flaws n0v8or
