We just got one of these in on our sales floor this week I downloaded the application and proceeded with the instructions in the application I am unable to register the product either on the website or through the app therefore nothing works Refrigerator itself is fine but if youre paying extra money for wireless interaction I would skip it and get a dumb model Until they get this application working this wireless interface is worthless I sell these appliances
I agree with every review on here The app is junk The photo transfer feature has not worked for seven of the last twelve months The smart features were a big reason for buying this fridge I dont think that I will buy another LG product if this is how they support them Does not work

This probably wont even be seen especially since its been over a year and still are only getting 1 star ratings But I have it the benefit of the doubt I was wrong This app is useless and wastes the little bit of memory I have on my phone I have a large household and thought this could be a good idea to keep up with whats in the fridge etc You seriously need to redevelop this app or start from scratch This also says a lot about your customer service and ability to follow up with complaints when you have an app that for over a year has not functioned properly THANK GOODNESS I dont have to depend on it for my fridge to function properly Take note and fix your app You are after all a VERY large electronics manufacturers Im sure you could employ someone that knows how to develop a working app Need new app developers

For several months since the last update I have not been able to photo transfer from my iPhone Ive waited patiently believing that LG or whomever is responsible for this would fix it The app was a major contributor to the decision to purchase such an expensive refrigerator and also other matching appliances Am stuck now but would never buy another LG product or recommend one again Whats the hold up

Great concept App does not let you select from custom pictures or pre loaded pictures to attach to custom food inputs Only a hand full available Wifi sync stopped working after only one day When you send something g to grocery the app dies not ask you if you want to take it out if your refrigerator inventory When you go grocery shopping and its to delete from your grocery list the app duplicates your food entry Bottom line poor thinking who ever created this interface Needs scan function for easier food inventory management So many flaws
