New customer installed this app and it freezes at startup screen Cant even log on Hope this is no indication of the rest of the company     Hope Insurance is not like this app

This junk wont even load you would think after an update they get it right not worse every time     Junk app

Just signed up with Liberty Mutual app doesnt work     Doesnt Work

I just deleted the app and re downloaded it from the cloud on my iPhone 4 After hours of frustration I came here to put a one star review I saw the review saying it worked It does Maybe the site was updating Yes we can use our app and get to the main site if needed Main site also worked fine with link from the app Whew Policy up for renewal bill due am I glad it worked What a lousy day PS Family has been with this company since 1937 They support their policy holders But boy was this tech stuff frustrating                 Yes it is fine

just updated hoping it would work just loads a blue screen and stays at that use the web page useless     dont bother

As I reviewed this app while downloading it I became VERY unsure of how long it would take me to delete it Im just getting my day started at 530ish am so I was hoping for a miracle I have had NO trouble with the app at all I downloaded opened signed in viewed my policy and made a payment all within 5 minutes It did everything I asked for It seems as if the tide may have just turned for this app So glad it worked like I needed it to Just like Liberty Mutual has for us all these years Thanks so much                 IT WORKS

This is poorly written Registering was disgusting Who ever designed this should have put the correct keyboards in When the field requires a number only entry use a number keyboard not a letter one only When it asked for date of birth you had to change keyboards for every field When asking for an email address it should have the email keyboard Also when I put in a username it said it was already taken No matter what I put in it always displayed taken That message does not go away After trying several weird names I just hit continue and it took it even though it said taken Now I have the weirdest username If this is any indication of how it works we are in trouble Please correct all this     Poorly written

As a recent costumer I was pleased to see an app associated with Liberty Mutual That was until I downloaded it and tried using it I certainly hope that this lack of attention to detail is not the type of company LM turns out being if so I foresee a very short relationship     Hopefully not indicative of LM

I can see why many people complain It is somewhat slow for a security app and there should be major improvements such as finger scan log in and just faster in general Its unnecessarily slow But it gets the job done though so 45              Great app works fine But

Just downloaded Click to open and name shoes then nothing Watched for five minutes and restart ipad Not working     Fail

The app stopped working a couple of days ago It freezes at the picture of a road and doesnt get past it Its been a couple of days already and there hasnt been a fix Seems to me like they couldnt care less about it which is really sad     No fix after a couple of days

No problems here Im using an iPhone 4s with iOS 7 and it runs fine not slow like others are saying                 Works fine

Every time this app updates it gets more bugger I have only been able only once to use itand that took for ever to load on a IPAD Latest update again and it still wont load again ps If I could give it no stars I would     Never works

Its essentially their mobile website pretending to be a native app Its slow doesnt offer much control over your policies Extremely rudimentary If only your app were as good as your commercials     Basic at best

No issues whatsoever Works well and quick Was able to look my ID card up and avoided a ticket while going through a DUI check point driving downtown                 App works great

Tried to log in the first time on mobile and forgot my login Was able to get that sent to me quickly and reset my password to login              Did everything it was supposed to do

For a mobile app the most important information is phone numbers to call Customer service agent is hard to get to and not intuitive under help Really Also roadside assistance is on the back of id card Not intuitive either And the biggest complaint is that it will not keep me logged in Obviously designed by people that dont use mobile apps and thought it would be a feather in their cap to have one           Not very helpful

I have been a Liberty Mutual customer for 7 years and liked their coverage but I really need a better app so I just cancelled my policy because this app screws me I went to the tag agency to get new tags on my vehicles After standing in line they gave me the email address and when I pulled it up I couldnt do anything with it I had to go to the LM office and get physical cards the Go back The whole ordeal took more than 4 hours Insurance is one of those things I dont like to think aboutso the inconvenience of this app caused me to switch to a company that had a little more to offer digitally Hope this helps        Cant email ID Cards or Policy Info

Slow to start crashes a lot and it interferes with my music I cant listen to music bad browse the app at the same time     This app is terrible

Major bug Get pulled over or in an accident Need to show ID card 1 Start app 2 Press tile to show Id 3 Prompted for password 4 No Id card shown No way to get to it Work around 1 Start app 2 Press Log in in upper right 3 Enter password 4 Policies are shown Use drop down on auto to Get Id Card This is a major bug because when pulled over or in an accident you do not want to be trying to figure out a way around loss poor programming of incompetent developers and lazy QA With auto pay the only reason for the app is to show an id and get phone numbers This is just a wrapper to their website it you login first A real app not just a wrapper should be made If you need your card where there is no cell coverage you have no way to get it with this app If I could give this negative stars I would I like Liberty Mutual They provides good insurance at a good price But this is a horrible excuse for an app I am a software engineer with 18 years of experience I would be embarrassed if I had worked on this app and would admit it to no one ever if I ever thought I wanted a different job A college kid could do a better job over the course of s weekend     No improvement

This is a barebones minimal feature app made for an iPhone NOT an iPad Theres not much in the way of detail that it can give you about your policy It actually tells you to go to their website Liberty Mutual has had this app out for a few years now its Jan 2015 but its obvious they havent put much time or effort into developing it Youre better off deleting the app and just going to their website on an iPad or a computer Maybe in a few more years theyll get around to actually improving it     Barebones minimal iPhone app weak skip it

If your going to build an app do it right This is a weak attempt at refacing a web page experience thats delayed slow and cumbersome Better off going to the full web page online with your mobile device     Weak app that is a glorified web page

I havent been able to use this application to pay my bill on time in 6 months Every time I have tried the login just freezes I have to go to a PC to be able to log in at all     Just never works

Sometimes it freezes Could not get past the freeze a few times so I had to delete it and reload I just now deleted it and will not install it again until reviews are positive Dont bother with it use a phone or email     Clunky app slow to load slow to operate Freezes
