As much as I appreciate the idea of teaching our children to not trust everyone I believe they could have done it in a less graphic manner Having the deers legs kicking around while screaming at the Lion not to eat him was too much for me let alone my 4 year old Tone it down Not what I want my kid reading

I was looking for books for my grandchildren to read to keep up their reading skills during the summerbut after purchasing this story then reading it I realized that it was teaching that it is ok to be deceptive to lie and encourage others to lie in order to accomplish personal gain As a Christian I cannot condone this type of behavioror want my grandchildren to think that lieing is the right thing to do However the graphics are good the puzzles are excellent and the reading Concept of the program is fantastic I would like to see more hole some stories portrayed teaching good values Puss and boots
