I don t have a large collection of liquors but found that the app lacked half of them Some of the liquor is lacked are top shelf brands or even complete liquor categories Lazy on the developers part as I had a free app before trying this one and it had all but one Developer needs to visit a liquor store buy a book or google liquor and make a better list before asking for more money     Don t purchase Pipopi

I like this app as a way to keep track of what I have but using the recipes and adding drinks is kind of lame I added a recipe for a shot or rather I tried to but it made me list it as a cocktail and then said it would be reviewed I used to be a bar manager Not the most experienced one but I know how to make an old fashioned I was wondering why it wasn t showing up on the make now list It s because I didn t have club soda An old fashioned doesn t NEED to have club soda The only reason I m not annoyed for paying for this app is because like I said it s a good app to keep track of what you have Loosen the recipe requirements and make it easier to classify the beverage you re trying to add             It s good if you want to catalog your inventory Pocket bacon

As a liquor cabinet app it is great Nearly anything I can add to the cabinet except if a liquor has no established category I have a Lime Liqueur and I had to set it as a generic Melon Liqueur to include it in my cabinet because the create a liquor function won t add whole new categories Also makes it impossible to add my Praline Liqueur As recipe app it is also almost without peer Its not laden with 1000s of redundant and worthless recipes You can also add your own recipes too I just would like the ability to delete a whole recipe though Finally the only other function I wish this app had was a random drink suggester from recipes I can make from liquor in my cabinet Those small quibbles aside Liquor Cabinet is my favorite app of all the drink apps Its design is a nice touch too Its UI isn t clunky too                 Great app Fulfills 80 of my drink app needs DeadpoolNakago

This is by far the best liquor cabinet management cocktail recipe app I have ever used bar none pun not intended It briefly didn t work for a little while and I was devastated because I simply could not locate another app that does everything this app does Long story short I will never use another app for my bar cabinet management                     Simply the best 11Twisted

I really want to give this app 5 stars and it s so close to perfect but major limitations and graphical bugs weigh it down an otherwise really useful app Pros I can tell it what I have and it tells me what I can make So you re not looking through recipes for drinks you can t make anyway Brilliant This is basically why you want to buy this app I love the big library of cocktails I can save favorite cocktails to quickly find later If I browse for a cocktail and see I don t have all the ingredients I can tap once to add the ingredients to a shopping list Super easy and convenient Cons I hate all the graphical glitches You can still use the app but little icons and pics crash together with text so badly it just looks broken I think one of the iOS updates broke the UI but if they are this slow to update it speaks poorly of the support team Hate that if you put in a specific liquor vs a generic one it nearly breaks the app Example I can make a rum based cocktail with any brand rum but if happen to choose Bacardi Rum from their list instead of simply rum it will hide 99 of cocktails containing rum and only show me the one recipe that it knows that specifically calls for Bacardi brand rum It does this with all liquors so you have to be careful what you tell it Generally it s a game of adding things twice one for Bacardi and another for just plain old rum so you are sure you re seeing all the cocktails you can make Stupid I ll give this app 4 stars if they fix those things And 5 stars if they overhaul the graphics It s ugly and the skeuomorphic design makes it look really dated Some people like the retro graphics and notes on a napkin look but I don t It needs a major update             Needs an update TransPhattyAcid

A friend and I were talking about creating an app that would create drink recipes based on the ingredients you currently have available Well this is that app However the basics of simple programming has been neglected Please improve the user interface so that graphics aren t hidden by text and vice versa This typically happens in the drink recipe stage after you have already designated which liquids you have available to use Please fix and update Or you will see some competition soon             Simple fixes needed but just what was required bwhit8000

The good side was it had all the ingredients I have even down to some of the exact brands It did exactly what it said However the design and interface is clunky On an iphone5s and words are covered by icons The keyboard won t go away without hitting the search key Plus the flow of adding your bar stock is a bit confusing             Pretty basic Jeremy Woertink

I thought that this app would deliver a lot more value than it does I added bourbon and bitters to my cabinet but the app didn t even list an Old Fashioned as a possible drink It s also not working correctly for iOS 8 Bottle line for 1 it s ok but could have been so much more Just not very inspired         Not very well executed zacksf

This is so close to being perfect but a few bugs make it a real pain to use I hope they fix this soon and if so I will upgrade this to 5 stars The biggest problem is that if you select a specific brand rather than generic e g Bacardi Rum instead of Rum then it never finds any drinks if you select that in the cabinet and tap Make I had to go back and remove all my specific selections and add the genetic ones This makes all those specific brands in the list worse than useless it clutter the list and breaks the app if you use them The second problem is that there are many serious visual glitches when running on an iPhone 6 I hope this gets fixed soon If they fix these things then the app would be great Even now I can sort of use it and it was worth 99 cents for sure But I am looking forward to an update that works properly for me             Great concept useful with a few major flaws Zamdog

This app is difficult to use because the search engine doesn t work very well Imagine for a minute that you want to find the drink old fashioned but you can t remember the name You know it has bourbon and sugar So you search for bourbon sugar without the quotes The search engine returns nothing found And you try searching for old fashion because you still can t quite remember the name Still nothing found If you scroll through the classics you will find it but the search engine should do a better job in my opinion         Terrible search KBS9

This app is really marred by its lack of key spirits It doesn t list any Amari for example which really makes it difficult to add a number of cocktail recipes In fact you can t even add an Amaro as there s no base liquor category to place it under Great idea but flawed in execution         Missing Key Spirits BruceHH

It s OK as a guide for familiar drinks but if you are looking for something new to try with a specific alcohol or heaven forfend a mixer you are in for a truly trying time There are no instructions per se and it isn t intuitive at all Also it seems to really push brands It is difficult to add recipes You are required to add amounts for everything including ice Simple or generic liquors are left out such as Rye It is impossible to add them unless you make them a subset of something that is already there Rye has to be under whiskey I ll chalk this up to experience and go back to using the Bartender s Black Book and others like it         Meh sperry23
