Little Patterns - Animals - Educational Learning Game for Kids

This is a great patterns app with lots of customizable features But I have a few suggestions 1 It would be nice to be able to download multiple libraries for the pattern creation I know Grasshopper Apps has tons of pictures in their databases from other apps Foods numbers letters colors it would be nice to be able to use all of these in one pattern app 2 Allow user to add pictures and sounds to the library or to create a new picture library I could only figure out how to edit the library items that were already installed 3 Change your description that suggests this app gives tactile feedback I dont think an iScreen can do that In fact this is the only reason iPads havent already taken over the world they dont allow us to feel what were touching Future generations will not know the difference between soft and hard fuzzy and rough cold and hot dry and wet Why touch anything real when its more fun to touch it on a screen                 Great for tots

My students liked this app but lost interest in it after a couple minutes              Nice

I love being able customize all area of grasshopper apps My students are going to love this app                 Great app

A pattern needs to be there for you to repeat it This app repeatedly puts the blank box in the fist sequence but thinks you should assume that the missing animal is the same as the ones around it I deleted it immediately because it doesnt teach children pattern recognition at all     Idiotic

Title about says it all I get their apps whenever I can This app is one of m sons favorites He is 8 and has down syndrome Finding apps that keep him engaged is difficult but grasshopper comes to the rescue Good audio good images I love that we can add our own pics and audio to create unique therapy and learning scenarios                 Grasshopper apps are the best

I really like that you can change the difficulty                 Great App

This app is great for teaching sequencing to little ones I haven tried the voice part yet but it seems like a cool idea                 Cute

My younger ones will most benefit from this I just wish I could make it more challenging for the other kids Thank you              Enjoyable

I was looking for this before I think it is a variation of the first little patters apps which is very good too It is basically the same using animals I would like to avoid the voice wich says the name of the animal so I can hear much better the succes of the pattern at the end              It is good

These apps are awesome While these apps are great for all children they are perfect for Autistic kids My Autistic daughter has ABA therapy 35 hrs a week Her therapist use these apps in her program I will continue to purchase all of Grasshoppers Apps and I recommend you try them for yourself                 Grasshopper Apps

Its a good concept but my children just werent interested in it Perhaps larger more colorful pictures might help           good concept but didnt engage my children

This is a good app for sequencing My son loves it              Good app

This game will appeal to my young grandchildren because of the ease of use visual appeal and positive reinforcement Pattern difficulty can be adjusted to suit age and hints are available if needed to assist in identifying tiles I have not yet tried recording my own names but if this is like any of the developers other apps it will be a snap Cant wait to see my two year old granddaughters to get their reactions                 Great pattern match game

As with all the apps from this developer there is a ton of beneficial learning in this patterns app My kids 2 5 and 8 all love these apps I wanted to give 45 stars but you cant so I went with 5 When the app has the hints turned on the user can press the blank tile and hear what the answer is Id like to have audial hints available for the tiles in the pattern but without providing the answer                 Wanted to give 45 stars

My daughter is all into patterns at the moment She can complete this fairly easily but it is great for her younger brother who has not grasped the concept yet Easy to use and not too easy that it will pose a challenge Great work Grasshopper Apps                 Great starter patter app

Really like this app for my kindergarteners Please slow down the praise It sounds echoey and goes right over the name of the animal Otherwise I love the idea of a patterns app Great assessment tool for K           Patterns

Great app for working on patterns The app has a lot of flexibility from simple to more complex with good feedback for kids              Nice job

Its one of the best learning apps out their compare to Monkey Pre School Lunchbox                 I love it

I like the idea of this app but not some of the details Easy level is just one pic It should be an AB pattern Medium jumps straight to more complex patterns and ones that are kind of confusing If that was fixed Id give it more stars           Nice but confusing

This app is good I wish it had more variety to the pattern types I would love to see choices for abab abcabc aabb aabbcc you get the idea Also the reinforcer voice comes on over the name of the animal sometimes Having said that my young students like this as a reinforcing activity              Little patterns animals

This app is a good concept and great for young kids but the pictures are blurry too small and not very colorful In the patterns it would be better to have one brownish picture then a brighter one for the pattern        Animal patterns
