This is a great app but it still crashes when you ask for a tax breakdown Someone needs to fix it already              Great but crashes

Im a Realtor and prequalify clients all the time w a calculator pen and pad Although Ive had this app all of 20 minutesIve already plugged in some numbers from a prequal I made earlier today and to my surpriseit actually worked wout freezing or giving me an error message I had to adjust the tax rate for my area but now its locked in The numbers were very accurate I cant wait to do my next prequal or use this in front of a client Thanks for making my job a little easier                 The Complete PreQualification Tool

Why can I only go out 1 decimal place for my mortgage interest rate Also the HOA amount doesnt specify the unit of measure Is it monthly yearly etc Can you also make the property tax field able accept a dollar figure and not just a tax rate           Still needs work but not terrible

This is a very nice allinone app that is very much worth the cost It allows many what if situations for a person to explore The only issues is the program crashes when you try to view the amortization charts This seems to have been reported many times but the authors have not fixed the issues as of the date of this review Please fix and I would be happy to give the app five stars              Good app bad crash

I wrote a review in version 11 and the dev team added my request in this new version I actually like it better on the iPad now that its universal This app is sweet I always wondered how my loans affected my buying power And also how extra payments would save me timemoney I also adjusted my taxes with the info this app provided Guys can you add a page on refinancing and if its worth it                 Must have mortgage app period

This app is pretty amazing it can be a quick 3 min estimate or a professional tool The Loan Agent app was exactly what I was looking for to see how much home I could comfortably afford When I first used it I let it plug in a few numbers for me based on the averages of where I lived But when I wanted a more detailed picture I could go in and insert exact numbers Its so simple and everything is explained for the people new to realestate terms It even gives you a payment breakdown This app can generates a table of 30 years of payments how much each one goes to interest and principle and what effect extra payments have on your overall loan It can tell you how much youd prequalify for it can even recommend a realestate agent in your area Simply amazing                 A great App for anyone looking for a home
