Definitely a keeper Does everything you would normally want in an amortization calculator and I like the extra payment option Would like to see 2 additions to the functionality The ability to set the pay frequency to weekly or twice a month in order to accommodate an interest saving schedule and in addition I would like to see the ability to assign an extra payment at will i e have the ability to designate when and how often you would like to introduce an extra payment Overall though highly recommend Works well on iPhone and Mac                     Great App AJG11346
