This app would be great if your main priority is to have very detailed logs of your workouts even if it takes you some time with data entry or if you do the same workout repetitively The graphing features seem like they would be a nice touch and the availability of fields for weight reps rest etc are also nice For myself I would prefer something that helps me to organize and plan my workouts and quickly log what was done I would prefer to be able to generate a full list of all exercises that could be easily added to a workout plan or log because I change workouts every day on a 3 month cycle           Nice features but too hard to use if you vary workouts

This app is way too complicated to use and crashes     Way too buggy
I really wanted to like this program I needed a simple log that would track and graph progress The screen shots show just that so I had high hopes But in practice I couldnt follow it The interface never made sense Classic case where the programmer understands his program but didnt take the time to see how real world users would do with it and fix it accordingly Still nothing like this seems to exist so I hope it will be improved dramatically Until then no go     Program Needs Work
The screen shots like another reviewer stated make the app look promising But the steps you have to go through to create a workout make NO sense There are no help files and the developer website is useless as well DO NOT BUY THIS APP     Horribleno supportcryptic
I bought nearly every fitness tracking app out there Some only let you log that you went to the gym but not what you did This is the best version of them all Imagine its 1970 and you wanted to track your weights and sets Youd have gone to the stationary store and bought some green bar paper and a pencil Down one side youd write all the exercises and across the weights sets and dates Fast forward 40 years and its the same idea but you dont run out of columns lose your pencil or need to make a new sheet every month or so Plus it graphs Make your green bar do that                 Best one out there

While far from perfect this has the potential to be the best workout logging app around Log just about anything you can think of from the essentials weight reps breaks to notes for both exercises and the whole workout but not yet cardio Navigation is a little clunky still but the familiar workoutsheet interface big enough on the iPad to resemble paper is its strongpoint and much easier to work than the countless iPhone apps out there The developer is superresponsive two responses on distinct days within an hour of sending featurerequest emails and very polite I havent yet logged enough data to make use of the graphs but I imagine theyll be encouraging At a 1 buyin with improvements coming fast itll quickly become a nobrainer for anyone looking to ditch the piles of workout logs check their progress easily and get back to lifting              Improving fast
Should have listened Problems right out of the gate Created a couple programs with routines and the next day nothing my programs gone Have to add a new program every time in order for my previous program to appear again The email to send yourself history is greyed out Workout template is useful but limited doesnt store the latest weight Need to go back to edit with new weight so on the next workout you know where you left off No support hoping for an update     Not working
