I do like the app Its a lifesaver however On my iPad I can move the mouse on my iPhone I have to move the screen to the arrow I prefer the mouse on screen vs the arrow I have to move the entire screen to The iPad version is so much easier but with the iPhone 6 plus the screen size helps navigate me when trying to click the arrow on icons and whatnot on my desktop I dont think Id like it as much if I had a smaller screen My husband and I have a DJ business and I have ran the sound from home Customers are intrigued This app is indispensable                 Still Good But

I cant recall how many times LogMeIn has saved my butt all around world Wherever I am when that trouble call text or email hits my iPhone LMI is my goto app It does everything I need and more It was a sin to keep it free for so long I would buy it and the service at almost any price                 Lifesaver

I have a dental practice and people are always responding to our confirmations via text or email asking for appointment changes Were able to easily do it using Logmein after hoursa huge service in this busy world                 Cant live without it

I wanted to be able to control my computer remotely Now my settings are all scrambled and my tv monitor is stuck in 43 I couldnt even access the full screen from my iPad anyway Keep working on those bugs guys Glad I didnt pay for this     Not good

App installed Immediately asks me for permission to send me notices without explaining why Nope A box pops up asking me if i have a logmein account the only button available i have a logmein account BUT I DONT ok well i guess i HAVE to click that lie Next it asks me for userpass But i dont have an account No link or button to register Thats it Im locked out from the start with no information to continue     Horrible login design

After having used various versions of Logmein the current version is better faster and easier to use Log in is automatic and secure and navigation is intuitive On my iPhone I do have to move the window to put the cursor over the area to choose but that is easier to read on my small screen and not a problem with a little practice                 Very efficient and intuitive

Love it gives me the ability to control my call center from anywhere                 Telcom Manager

Ive used this app for years and dont know what Id do without it Ive retrieved essential information from my home PC done troubleshooting on my wifes PC and found it incredibly useful The app works well and will work on a moderate Internet connection It doesnt work well will disconnect on a very slow connection but thats to be expected Actually its surprising how slow a connection it will work on Highly recommended                 Indispensable

I must say I am impressed by the functionality of the app The program allows me to use a web based program provided by my company which doesnt have tablet functionality The logmein app is a life saver for me so far and the customer support was great informative and quick to remedy my issue                 So Far So Good

I dont rate many apps but this is one of my top 5 business apps                 One of my favorite apps

I use logmein all the time to connect to work two home computers and my Dads computer at the other end of the country From pc to pc it has always been great but I had no idea that the iPad app would work so spectacularly The most incredible is the tiny mouse that allows me to navigate around my remote desktops so easily Improved my productivity on the job to a high degree Totally love it Highly recommend it                 EXCELLENT

It is good if it were free it no longer provides a free option But it is not good enough to be a paid service The speed and quality is not there           Not good enough

It was amazing as a free service Was still great when you were able to have free clients if you had Central Now that changed The service is still fantastic it just isnt a bargain anymore With that said I havent found anything better Its great to be able to reach a system remotely Such a timesaver              Great service good app

Simple to install and use I use it from my PC and iPadiPhone A real time saver I remote to my home PC that remotes to my work I remote to a remote It works fine a little delay but I can get my work done I cant remember if I ever had a disconnect Very satisfied                 Cant do without it

This IT Pro has been paying for multiple Logmein seats for many years Always a hassle every year come renewal time The marketing department should get 6 stars on how to move critical functions around rename the product and jack up the annual subscription price Enough is enough Done Fini Hasta La Poopa AMF Sayonara Note Teamviewer not bad for free Splashtop quite speedy for 14 the price of LogmeOuttaHere Apple supposedly will stream their iPhone 6S launch to W10 machines so I plan to trial remoting in to my lappies W10 Edge browser using Splashtop to see how speedy the video stream comes over to my Win7 lappie also running Splashtop Logmein Video Not in my wildest dreams Pah But dont take my word for it though For kicks try merely scrolling down on a remote browser page using LMOH and a broadband connection So slow its really yesterday     Outta Here

I am going on vacation for a few weeks and decided to setup logmein on all computers in my businesses so I can keep an eye on whats happening while away Very simple to use and UI is very responsive Highly recommended                 Best option for Remote Desktop

Works great from my iPhone Still getting error message trying to log on from PC Even though I changed settings to allow cookies for the site it says my computer doesnt allow cookies Frustrating              Very helpful

Its a great app but for some reason it keeps saying the connection is disabled when I dont disable it And I have to flip my phone upside down in order to not have to try and figure out the inverted controls That and it keeps locking my computer after it crashes Otherwise Im pretty impressed with the app           Keeps crashing and the mouse is upside down

I have an elderly mother who lives in another state She uses the computer and would call me with questions that I would try to walk her through over the phone I had used logmein for free and did not want to pay 99 for this but after a few hair pulling stressful phone conversations I gave in Now when she calls me and I can just log on with my phone and fix the problem No hair pulling crying nor arguing                 Stress reducing app

I LOVE this app Not only does Logmein save me at home this app saves me on the go on the couch just everywhere My boss cant navigate much on my computer even to print something when Im not there I recently switched to part time 62years old so am getting more help calls So simple to just use this app get him the info or do the task then go back to what I was doing Love it              So incredibly handy

I use this app to control a radio station When the power goes out and the computers reboot Im notified automatically and I can restart right from my home The kids love it because I can put in their favorite songs whenever they want any time any day or any place                 Great time saver and a life saver

I had my account with logmein way before this annual 99 fee Why am I forced to pay now This is not right     Horrible

Small business owner dont always have someone in the office to pull up files or check things on your PCMAC but this app allowed you to reasonably check in on things where and when you need to Also is a great personal tool to remotely help someone working on a project We actually use it to help our parents who are not as computer savvy with having to leave our office Love it                 Small business owners peace of mind

The app is fine and the Logmein service works great as well The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because it was a free service which now costs me over 600 per year and it looks like the price is going to continue to rise I hate the idea of changing to a competitor but it looks like Logmein is going to force me to           Too expensive

After using Logmein on occasion over the years I was disappointed at the 99 annual cost when it became a subscription service That spurred me to try alternatives with TeamViewer coming in as the top stillfree option All was well until I ran Quicken 2015 under a Fusion virtual machine for Windows Vista The mouse became unreliable other functions were not working well and access was simply not working So I remotely reinstalled Logmein and immediately all problems vanished If you need simple remote access to a Mac using iOS TeamViewer may meet your needs just fine But if you need a highly intuitive and reliable program under all circumstances including use of a virtual machine I recommend paying the subscription and getting Logmein Losing function or access while on travel is not a risk I want to take The choice depends entirely on how much you need reliable contact with your data using a remote program I highly recommend Logmein for assured consistent performance when access matters beyond simple entertainment                 Best out there
