Sometimes it works and sometimes not Fix ASAP I need this app to work Also Its been a year since iPhone 5 was released Update the app to support full screen already     Serious bugs

Terrible I tried rebooting my phone and redownloaded the app Still crashes     Keeps crashing

App works great Would be nice if we can get an update for iPhone 6 so cameras can be viewed full screen              iPhone 6

Just want to know if this app us going to update for the new io7 operating for the knew iPhone                 IO7 update

My app suddenly stopped working I go to open it and it says connecting then it all of a sudden crashes and closes I also tried it from my Husbands phone and his application does the same thing I tried contacting technical support and was told the wait was over an hour frustrating this application is no longer working and you cant get anyone to help you from the company        App no longer working Help

The lasted apple update screwed us again The Lorex live app only lets me open my cameras in a WFI area but not in a 3g or 4LTE area On both my 4s 5 iPhones Please adjustaddress this problem with Lorex Thanks           App wont open in 3g4g

Now that the bigger screen on iphone 6 is out Hopefully they can update the App so it fills up the screenas for it crashing and saying the line is full Lorex tech were good in helping change my port from 80 to 7000 And the problem was solved                 IOS 82

I finally got all my stuff configured and then go to run the app and the program crashes I had problem with ios6 having same problem with ios7 This app is a joke as are the lorex product Cannot connect remotely as advertised Will never buy lorex again     App stinks

Lorex has got to be the LAZIEST company out there 1st off they charge you for tech support after 1 year 2ndly the iPhone 5 has been out for OVER a year and the app STILL isnt full screen     Lazy

OK UPDATE IS OUT IT WORKS BUT LOREX DID YOU KNOW THAT APPLE HAS ADDED A 4 INCH SCREEN TO THE IPHONE 5 YES IS ALMOST LIKE THEY ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE I DUE YOU GUYS WANT CUSTOMERS TO KEEP BUYING FROM YOU IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS THEY DONT CARE IF THE LOOSE THERE CUSTOMERS UNBELIEVABLE WELL IN A FEW YEARS I UPGRADE MY CAMERAS AND I WONT LOOK ANY WHERE NEAR LOREX I KNOW IT TAKES TIME TO GET APP FIX AND APPROVE BY APPLE BUT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TESTED MONTHS AGO IOS 6 HAS BEEN AVAILABLE TO DEVELOPERS LIKE THE MAKERS OF LOREX IPHONE APP FOR TESTING FOR OVER 2 MONTHSWHY THEY DECIDED NOT TO TEST THERE APP FOR COMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH IOS 6 SOONER I DONT KNOW MY BIGGEST PROBLEM LOREX IS YET TO APOLOGIZE TO ME AND EVERYONE OF ITS CUSTOMERS WHY     4 INCH SCREEN

I keep getting error of the line is full or the app keep crashing I thought it was the problem with my iOS not being the latest So I updated iOS and it didnt solve the problem Then I tried to connect with wifi off and it worked like before When I turned back wifi on the app just crashed every time I connect Besides the Lorex DDNS doesnt work on web browser and seems like there is no tips around to help troubleshoot        problem with wifi

Update fixed all the issues with iOS 6 Works great Would be 6 stars if you could add audio Also please reintegrate the functionality into safari When you use someone elses Mac you cant expect to be able to install a new app on their computer                 Works as advertised

No problem connecting over wifi or 4g with my iPhone 4S did not give 5 stars just cause one out of 10 times the full line massage shows up              So far not bad

For some reason this app has not given me any problem in over a year The app jumps out and closes returns to the home screen Please fix it this is the best app Lorex has come with even better than Lorex ECO        App closes

Lorex you need to update to allow the larger IPhone 5 screen to show correctly     Update for IPhone 5

The fix is out I downloaded it and it worked        The fix is now available

Blame apple Why did the iPad app not fail with ios6 Why didnt lorex put something on there website immediately when they learned of lorex live failure in ios6 There support is short lived to begin withdifficult to contact and charge for it after a period of time Sure seems to me they are only concerned about selling They need to re think there support options and how they disseminate information     Poor late response from lorex

Review update september 2013 I am worried about this app it is going to work with iOS7 or were going to suffer again for days until lorex release an update I need this app daily and I am beyond worried If what happened with iOS6 is an indication then we are close to another frustranting problem Hope I am wrong Blaming Apple This people think that we are idiots iOS 6 SDK for developers was released since JUNE this software is to develop and test apps for the new iOS so dont give me bad excuses you had 3 months to test the app in the new iOS6 but you didnt Lorex was lazy they just dont care about their customers didnt made test and now we are the ones with the problem shame on you lorex there are multiple companies selling security systems Your excuse is unacceptable     I wonder if this app is going to work with iOS7

After the iPhone update I can no longer my cameras remotely Lorex is taking a ridiculous amount of time to get this problem fixed The iPhone is the 1 phone on the market so u figure Lorex would want to be compatible with it at all times Very frustrating     Business owner

Thanks for finally getting the mobile app working with the new os on the iPhone It took awhile for lorex to fix it but its working smoothly 5 starsnow                 Update finally Its works

Techs were helpful with port forwarding My issue was IP addresses being to close so they cancelled Each other out Fixed within 15 minutes after the tech checked settings              Lorex live app

My iphone on LTE 2000 kilobyte download my house at 1700 kilobyte upload turbo Internet from time warmer It just do not work     It is terrible outside my network

When this app works its amazing When it doesnt its so frustrating I have not been able to connect with my cameras for a few months now The reason I choose Lorex is because of the app and to be able to view my cameras when away from my home right now that feature is useless Ive rebooted Ive deleted the app and reinstalled no luck I tried to go to tech help but the website just kept circling me around so Im a bit frustrated at the moment Anyone have any advice     Crashing Again
