Lorex used to be at the top with their security camera technology They still make quality cameras but this whole software internet thing has them very confused My sense is but I don t know for fact is they ve been pulled kicking and screaming into the digital age Across the board their software works like it was written by frustrated programmers in way over their heads with management breathing down their necks They don t listen to customer feedback In fact they seem to be annoyed by it Given the obvious bugs and disfunction of this app I seriously don t thing they do any beta testing There are many newer less expensive and better quality systems out there Sad that Lorex has become a dinosaur     LOREX There used to be a time ATX media guy

The mobile version stopped working two years ago for ATT and many wifi Called technical support many times but no use Now after upgrade I know it was 32 bits security issue which did not fit the minimal security requirement for many internet providers Anyway it is well overdue but solves the problem I was planning to replace the whole system with other brand but now can stay with this old version for a while After several days of using the app I found that there is a bug in this app It need restart the app every time which mean that you have to quit the app completely first                     Finally works again drwuli
