Not the best interface but it works pretty reliably for us We ve got two camera units one wireless one wired and both are great for watching the kids Ver satisfied so far and I have recommended it to my friends coworkers Settings are a bit of a pain to tweak and I think they require a pretty robust home network Mine has a gigabit backbone                 Works Roentgn

I use this on both iPhone and iPad The default video setting for iPad is always on mobile whereas the iPhone app allows you to choose between mobile or normal video setting The normal setting provides better wider viewing area which seems perfect for larger screen on iPad so I don t understand why it s limited to just the mobile view         Need to improve iPad app PradeepM

I m Using it on my iPad and iPhone IPhone app works better than iPad app IPad app stalls every few times during the locating process You need to restart your iPad It also will not resume volume once you ve slid it to silent unless you restart your iPad I do like the ability to watch two cameras in two different locations I do like that I can watch one in a large view screen Several options for view size hope Lorex fixes the bugs reported by customers             Locating stalls iPad needs 2B restarted B4 it will work again CherylinMass

I ve tried several companies products and it has occured to me that maybe the technology for this type of thing does not exist yet because no company so far has been able to successfully make a system that is RELIABLE Reliability is THE most important factor More than image quality more than bells and whistles its all that matters Would you buy a smoke detector that SOMETIMES works no Would you pay for a security system that MIGHT let you know when someone breaks in There is NO peace of mind with a shotty product like this and unfortunately peace of mind is exactly what the consumer is looking for Well look elsewhere Also stay away from Belkin NetCam In both cases the app that operates everything is unreliable at BEST     VERY SAD zero stars kjnfvjnuefnn

After downloading this I attempted to enter all of my camera details But guess what when you click in a field to enter data the keyboard doesn t appear So you can t even enter a camera name password etc I can t even use this It is worthless I d love to rate it 0 stars because what good is this app if you can t even type in your info     Doesn t work jahriel12

Cameras are constantly disconnected or offline when I try to view on Ipad or Iphone even after original set up on computer You have to keep attempting to get in when all the stars align and wifi is up you might get lucky and be able to actually see live video I ve read about the awful customer service so gave up after setting up a ticket C mon Lorex fix your buggy software the demo makes it look so easy but it is NOT Great idea but not ready for primetime     fix software PLZ Leen2001grapes

1 Every time you open the app you get a pop up telling you their is a firmware update but there is no way to actually download said update You are asked to login with your verification ID problem is no ID works Not my Apple ID not my Lorex ID not the default ID not even no ID 2 The two way audio is only one way No way to send audio only receive 3 Customer support is non exist ant 5 days without a response still waiting     Almost useless Bdglen

This program won t even let you enter the name of your camera The space where the name comes up and the keyboard on my iPad comes up but no entry is put in the space What a waste of time     Doesn t work Ztutz
