New upgrade works fine now but login screen is not fitted for Iphone4 screens                 Thx for qwik fix

This app is a joke and even worse is Lorex customer support All they keep saying is we apologize Stop apologizing and give me a new camera due to your recent software scam You people are a disgrace to the industry period     LNC 100 CAMERAS

Youll note there should be a Temperature Graph in the new release I have it on one camera and not the other Also my 2 cameras read 10 degrees different I contacted customer support on this not by phone as the wait times are ALWAYS 1545 minutes I opened a Ticket and started writing Response was somewhat quick within 48 hours but now I have 5 different Tickets open and no responses coming anymore all different issues Clearly a workinprocess from Lorex but frustrating for users as you can see from other emails I can see all my cameras I had an account so logged in and the video works fine The temp is an issue for me as you can set an alarm for different temps but it should be somewhat accurate if you are going to use this and the temp varies considerably from camera to camera I ordered 2 more from Costco just to compare to the 2 I have still no Temp graph on 3 of the cameras but its available on 1 but this camera reads 10 degrees high based on my temp reading using my FLUKE meter as a reference 1 degree accurate and a standard old thermostat I really want to like this camera and they are somewhat cheap but come on you can see the issues others have at least respond to your customers and fix the customer service issues which have been like this literally forever So Im sure Lorex is working on a new release heck even Apple has issued with iOS when released but I had hoped for more from Lorex Look under NEW FEATURES and see if you have the Temp Graph listed then try to get it to work Its a neat idea and I hope resolved soon        Not so great yet

Current version is preventing me from managing or viewing my hardware     Crash

Since the recent update when I view my camera live the image is normal however when reviewing a recording the top part of the image is cut off I see many others are having the same issue     Update needs bug fixes

New update is horrible worked flawlessly before All my recordings are now cut off at the top even older recordings from before update Says you can delete recordings through app but you can not     Do not update

My camera connects using my iPad but after the update on my iPhone the app says my camera is disconnected Hows that possible     Update screwed up app

A simple reboot of the cameras before firmware upgrade resolved the issue Software works fine Nice picture           Reboot cameras

Do not include the spaces of your serial number when setting up your remote access Include the zeros in the front however Apparently the required number is based on digits If you remove the zeros as I had instead of any spaces between numerals and you will show a successful setup It isnt and wont connect Apparently setup is based upon number of digits entered and a space is included as a digit Instead retain the zeros and eliminate spaces LOREX TAKE NOTE AND INDICATE THIS IN YOUR SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Currently there are none Probably youll help yourselves your reviews customers sales     Careful setting up Ping to work

New update crashes a lot also when viewing my camera the app background is black and you dont change the batterywifi signaletc icons at the top A quick refresh faster than a year and a half would be nice           needs some work

Latest update basically ruined the sd card playback Basically it just crashes as soon as you click on the dates Can you please review and fix the issue It is one of the function I used often     Sd card playback crashing

Hello I have over a dozen LNC116 and LNC204 and have been using them for a year However the latest Ping App for the iphone has some issues Prior to 12314 I had been using version Ping version 10 no problems worked great However since I was updated to Ping version 128 I have experienced the following problems I have an iphone 4s version 712 a when viewing my camera live on my phone in the horizontal position wide mode in the video my battery percent indicator the time the phones time and the ATT logo and signal bars are seen Only in the horizontal position it blocks the cameras time display plus sometimes blocks other things Did not do that on version 10 b When viewing my camera in the SD card playback the top part of the video is cut off Also while still viewing it seems to be in a fast forward mode c Also while using the LNC116 and LNC100 seriesthe snapshot button doesnt work it doesnt save the picture However the record button does work I feel that these issues need to be corrected very quickly especially b one cannot rely on a surveillance camera if you cant identify a person if the head is cut off on the recording when using the phone App As a loyal and concerned customer I hope you will address this issues and continue to improve your products        12214 Update for Ping App for iPhone not working correctly

Terrible App Ill be returning these cameras Everything is delayed when it will allow me to review the videos The sound comes in ahead of the video Most times though I can not even play the SD recorded videos The screen says its going to load it and then it freezes Im beyond frustrated with this What a waste of time     Awful app

I use this app everyday to watch my dogs while Im at work I have two cameras setup at my house Never had any problems with it                 Dont listen to other reviews

This app is basically useless if you cannot login and it constantly closes You updated the app a month and a half ago and immediately there were obvious login issues from the numerous reviews and as a company apparently have decided to do nothing about it The whole reason I use these cameras is so that I can set the motion sensors and have immediate access to watch whats going on If I cant even log into your app these cameras have become useless to me Thanks for taking a working app and making it useless Good job Lorex     Useless App

This app was working great until recently when I had to reload a camera on my IPhone 4S Now the QR code is not viewable on the IPhone 4s screen It is cut off at the bottom and I cant find a way to make it work Please update so I can enjoy my cameras again           Iphone 4S update needed

Update after contacting Lorex I determined that I hadnt used the default password during setup All cameras are working fine now I have used this app for several years with three active LNC116 cameras and have been very pleased I recently attempted to add three new LNC204 cameras and after adding the fifth and sixth camera I would always get password error when attempting to view cameras five or six The cameras are set up properly because they are recording to my NAS                 Cant view more than four cameras

App worked fine before the most recent update Now I cant connect to my camera unless I am on my home network Fix soon     Terrible Update

After my recent upgrade I am not able to view contents of the SD card When I try to access the SD card the application closes The previous upgrade was not very good either The SD card playback audio was choppy and fast making it very difficult to follow the conversation Another problem is that you cannot fastforward the video playback This application has a lot to be desired     Recent update is messed up

This app is completely unstable and crashes upon login Come on dev team test your app before going live this is a real disappointment for a lorex product     Horrific update

After several about 7 attempts the firmware was uploaded to my LNC266X camera via wifi After the upload the wifi connection was lost turned the camera off and on No connection My initial connection to my wireless network was made prior to installing the camera in a difficult spot requiring climbing up latters I have climbed up and uscrewed the rubber door and the pushed the WPS button and held the QR code in place all to no avail Still not connected I suspect I shall need to pull the entire camera down and connect via Ethernet What a pain No stars from me How stupid am I It was working Why on earth did I try to upgrade the firmware     lost connection

I cant believe it but after two years they have finally released a fix to the camera firmware so that the camera actually works when you are away from home If they had fixed this two years ago rather than waiting until now they would have sold a hundred times as many systems and have mostly positive reviews              Finally fixed

It was working fine until I finally was able to complete the firmware update it kept offering to me which wouldnt load the first handful of times I tried it Now its loaded and my camera wont connect Please fix asap        Not working after firmware update
