Recently purchased this app and used it last night for the first time Had nightmares and it is the first time I have had nightmares in years Also the way the sentences echo is creepy You might want to rethink purchasing this app if you are considering it     Weight loss

I have only been doing this app for a little while but Ive already seen some changes in my eating habits Cant wait to see bigger results in a few weeks It definitely gives a lot of motivation and I recommend it for those who have tried so many diets without any success                 Loose weight

Ive never quite believed in this kind of thing but after a recent car accident I went to a trauma specialist She lent me one of Glenn Harrolds CDs I liked it so much that I searched on iTunes to see what else he had done I wanted to lose weight and came across this app Its probably the best 599 Ive ever spent I listen to the go to sleep meditation every night when I go to bed Im often asleep before it ends Im finding that when I go to the grocery store now I no longer want to go down the aisles with the sugar and junk food The other day as I was putting my items on the counter at the supermarket I noticed that they were all healthy foods and I felt a sense of joy that Ive never felt before In the past Id always felt like I was giving things up but now I feel like Im taking things on Things that are good for me Im also finding that I am satisfied with much smaller portions Like I said dont ask me how but this works Ive already lost 12 pounds and the best thing is that I WANT to eat healthy and I WANT to exercise And thats a HUGE change in the way I think Thanks so much Glenn                 Dont ask me how but it works

I have this app as well as the relaxation one and I have to say that both exceed my expectations The recording method that causes his voice to go from one ear to the other made me tense up at first but it actually helps me relax now I plan to gift this app to a friend                 Love it

I bought this app a day before I updated OS I did not listen to it that first day and now like so many others this app crashes before I can open it     Ill never know

I used this app for months and it really did help me be more mindful about what and how much I was eating I lost weight Now I need it again and it keeps crashing since the newest IOS update Should I be able to control what I eat without it Most certainly But I am much more successful with this app Please fix it I really want to use it again UPDATE THANKS FOR FIXING THIS GLAD TO BE ABLE TO USE IT AGAIN              WONDERFUL app

It was the most wonderful app Now with my iOS 8 update a few days ago I cant open it Ive tried deleting app then reloading to no avail Fix bug or issue a refund     HELP iOS 8 update crash

I am a huge fan of Glenn Harrold apps This weight loss one has really surprised me though I kept falling asleep and thought that it wouldnt sink in but I have literally stopped snacking and have no desire to snack We went for ice cream the other night and I didnt want anyI got a cone anyway but after 2 licks I handed it over to my husband who looked at me like I was crazy Refuse ice cream Me Neverbut I really didnt want it It has only been a couple weeks but I have already noticed a big difference I have chronic pain so I cant exercise so not eating sweets and not snacking at bedtime are key for me But I also feel more energetic and I have the desire once again to be more active During times when I listen to the whole audio without falling asleep it makes me feel so confident and in control I would recommend this app to anyone Disbelievers in hypnosis give this a try It is really amazing how powerful the mind is especially when being so positively directed Thank you Glenn You have no idea how much you have helped me                 Love it

After seeing how well my husbands results were from getting hypnotized to quit smoking I decided to try hypnosis for weight loss After only slightly over one week of using his app I am well on my way to reach my goal of losing twenty pounds I tried several other apps but is is the only one that has truly worked for me I have no desire to eat sweets or fatty foods and have found my motivation to start walking again I am truly impressed with this app and excited about the changes in my life it has motivated me to make I have since tried several other of his apps and am just as impressed This really works                 Great app

Ive never believed in self help things or meditation or hypnosis not so sure that I do now but I will say that normally it takes forever for me to fall asleep but with this wellI havent heard the ending yet And I woulda thought since it puts me to sleep I wouldnt hear the stuff that I guess helps lose weight but Im a huge chocolate and fast food lover yet the past week or do I keep seeing my usual temptations and its getting much easier to say no Ill just have water instead of coke or actually Im not gonna buy this milky way Basically it does work on the new iOS now it does help put you to sleep and destressrelax you and Ive lost 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks and with how Im eating better each day I think itll be even more I dunno bout trances or whatever but this certainly works for what its supposed to do                 Skeptic before

This is the second Glenn Harrold hypnotic app Ive purchased I spent a month on his energymotivational app and I really did feel much better That encouraged me to purchase this Lose Weight app His voice is so soothing and he really does walk you through going into a trance something this novice really needed The options to come awake or go to sleep are genius If you are considering a weight loss app I highly recommend this one                 Get it
