can you fix one of the cave where can you get runes cant get in there and when you touch it it looses my food water which I can hardly get not working

When I click on free diamonds I choose the one I want then I complete it but then it tells me to enjoy my reward but I have gotten no reward I did one with a reward of 17 gems and I completed the quest but didnt get the reward afterwards So plz fix this problem But everything else is great in the game Fix free diamond problem on page

I enjoyed the game for a bit but the creators of this game are no longer interested in this game and have moved on There is no way to save progress all money time and progress spent playing this game is lost when the game freezes If there was a way to recover progress this might be enjoyable once again However it is truly a lost island Dont waste your time or money
