I have 4 bulbs and they were working just fine until the recent app update Now only one bulb turns on off and the other three are non functioning Two bulbs aren t even found in the app Very frustrating     What happened DebbiDea

We have over a dozen of these bulbs throughout our home all set up on separate and appropriate groups They all worked well as they should until a few weeks ago and now not responding to the app whatsoever I ve tried to reach customer service via email to no avail and totally frustrated We ve considered switching to Philips Hue but we already are stuck with 17 of these bulbs and can no longer control them Hoping there is an update to fix this bug or we ll have to trash them all and move on to something that works It s a shame they were worked by so well     Worked Well Until A Few Weeks Ago Gris Gris

While the 7 5 watts of my bulb is relatively dim the functionality of the bulb with the app seems to work great I love the infinite choices of color and the dimming function of the bulb The capability to choose a color based on your mobile camera is awesome and the disco feature is also really fun for parties Sometimes the Bluetooth connection can be finicky but it s completely solved if I restart the app Only a minor inconvenience It s also great to have the timer feature so the lights can automatically turn on when you wake up in the morning It would be awesome if they could also make the app available for Apple computers                 Works great for me Joe C Shadestrike

The app is constantly failing to see my bulbs even when only a couple of feet away It will work for a short time and then lose connection to the bulb When it does this you have to manually cycle power on the bulb for it to see it again Some versions of the app would go a month between disconnects Others like the current version lose connection every single time you use it Literally only works once It s like they hired 6 year olds as programmers and testers Oh and when you do cycle power to the bulb to get the app to see it you lose all timers you set What a waste of money Horrible I m going to toss these bulbs and buy ones that actually work UPDATE For the past 2 weeks it work once then require me to delete the app and redownload it in order to see the build As of today it does not see the bulb at all I m done I m ordering Hues to replace these garbage bulbs     App and bulb are total failures Aminojaku

I have 3 Lucero smart bulbs all in my room This app works like garbage They charge so much per bulb and they cant hire someone to make a decent functional app This app is broken i try to make an account and it says no internet Time between functions is laggy at best It takes 30 seconds sometimes just to turn the bulbs off I can get up switch the bulb off and make a cup of coffee in the time it takes for this to do even the most basic functions     They charge so much per bulb yet the app is trash Stupid Tom

Grouping of lights is amazing On and off from the ease of your phone is simple The only problem for me is more jan half of the functions don t work The speed modulation is either on and going or it takes 20 years for it to go from off to bright There s no real speed modulation so write this from The microphone feature doesn t work a single bit and I haven t run into it pulsating to music you choose 2 5 in total but the extra is for price and durability             Good but not functioning properly Kid Phix

When the last couple of app updates came out the functions part of the app ceased to work like it used to When I would pick the gradual color change functions and slow the speed down they worked and color progression was slow The update stopped that from working The moods still work fine but the functions as soon as the speed is slowed down the change is sharp and extremely slow         Older version worked better Rightly-Guided

When I first got this I loved it Loved it so much I bought eight total bulbs That s when the first problem started I can only control four at a time If I put all eight in the group I could not control them all so I had to split them up into two groups of four That was at least mildly annoying Once I upgraded my phone to the new iOS and the new iPhone 7 it s not working at all Does not communicate at all does not see the lights at all One time in the last two weeks i had a light bulb show up And the very next time I try they were gone again This better get fixed soon or I m going to try and return all of them     Something changed matty mo mo mo
