New to this office Called to make appointment and needed directions to office staff asked if I had an iPhone and told me download their app for directions Worked great Used app next day to request an appointment for my son who wanted to try contacts I was contacted within the hour to schedule an appointment Worked great My son was having trouble putting in his contacts the day after his appointment and I remembered there was a video un the app on how to do it He watched the video success Worked great Great customer experience Thx Very useful App
Ive been to several different eye doctors and honestly have a hard time differentiating one from the other Having the Lake Zurich Eyecare app on my iPhone is pretty cool Im not sure how often Ill actually use it but it is nice to know I can 1 reach my eye doctor or office whenever needed 2 my doctor pointed out videos and conditions on the app that I was able to share with others and 3 its fun showing off to my friends and family How many people can say their eye doctor has their own app Nice work thank you Great Patient Communications
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and already has come handy Had a coworker looking for eye doc that accepted our insurance and was able to look up insurance info easily She used contact feature to request appt and they responded very quickly I wish my medical doctor had an app like this Useful app

I really like this App I really want this pair of sunglasses With my prescription the sunglasses over 350 They have a share feature on this App which lets me tell my friends about Lake Zurich Eyecare via my facebook twitter and email accounts I shared the App on my facebook page last monday and 3 of my friends already downloaded the app and went in appointments already For every patient who goes to the office that I send and they show the app on their phone we both get 25 off It is a winwin I will get those sunglasses before summer Next is my email list I really like the staff and doctor too 75 and counting
