MaaS360 for iOS

new iphone 6 screen resolution is nicethats where the praise ends the app crawls now and is a few seconds or more behind every move i make every character i typeevery swipetouch action is ignored or delayed for a few seconds makes it near impossible to use efficiently or effectively I am normally better off waiting to get to my pc before responding to or typing any emails Good for well not good for but only worth the grief for reading email and calendar when u have no other choice and now 4 updates later and all fail to enable the out of office management that is supposedly available its still nowhere to be found how anyone can put something like this out there for commercial enterprise use is perplexing If it was free and optional I would just not use it and move on But I am forced to use and it def aint free     1 step forward 2 backwards

This works ok and as both a user and administrator of the platform maas360 provides many benefits to our organization A pro would be that Exchange calendar items in the container app are more reliable than the native iOS app Many times iOS calendar would not be in sync with end users outlook This still happens from time to time but is nowhere near the level it is with iOS The document storage area is also a great feature for secured document files So the odd thing we see is when entering your PIN to sign in if you have a 0 in it the 0 does not light up when it is pushed so unless you are counting the dots in the password field you have no indication it took the 0 Also the login screen is a bit stretched on the 6 Hopefully they update the app with iPhone 6 screen resolution and better landscape view              Works okminor display bugs

This is a pretty basic app for corporate use that lacks much functionality besides probably security Sync and update only happens when logged in search doesnt seem to work properly calendar issues seem sporadic and no unread email indicator with logged in sync this is moot anyway Hard to imagine but I think the Good app was better        Needs a lot of work

Well the so called upgrade still leaves us a terrible app Still no email notifications if your company uses Office 365 Horribly slow I end up deleting emails that I didnt intend to or moving them to another folder because by the time the app catches up with you you find you selected something you didnt intend to I beg my company daily to switch to something else     Worst app in the store

Cant get any email notifications This is a work phone I have to use it so it would be nice if they could fix this issue     No notifications

The calendar does not remove older meetings when there is an update No steps to resolve this           Needs improvement

My company started using this solution for about a year now and still cannot get notify for incoming task calendar events email etc And their tech support are just useless     Garbage

I have just begun using this per an employer mandate but so far I cant seem to understand all of the negative reviews While it lacks TouchID integration the important functions are there and seem to be working just fine Overall the design is on par with other corporate email clients such as Good for Enterprise and so far its keeping everything synced nicely              Works just fine

Just did this upgrade and was quite disappointment to find out that the majority of my settings were reverted back to default values In addition the year calendar view does not exist Pretty big letdown with this upgrade     Features Missing Lost Settings

After the new update I wasnt able to use the app Our companys IT team was able to fix Now works great              Works like it says

Fix the calendar issues that dont sync correctly with Outlook Issue with keyboard disappearing when iPhone rotates requiring restart And it shows I always have 1 new mail message when there is nothing new in my box     Too many bugs

The app is outdated and lacks the modern expectations of good business applications Id really appreciate a visual overhaul and optimization for the iPhone 6 Plus There also seem to be features that could be buried or grouped into a settings or account hub Id love to see email and calendar featured more heavily instead of contacts documents etc        Not great and needs a lot of work

Last update makes app unusable Please fix this but in the mean time give us back the previous version     Update just crashes

The platform is great and the price is also good The app needs updating Add support for Touch ID to authenticate and add support for Apple Watch           Good platform app needs updates

No one enjoys typing a password to get into this app and almost everyone makes their password qwerty1 so why dont you guys do something sensible and integrate with the Touch ID api already     LACKS TOUCH ID INTEGRATION

Just downloaded a few hours agoit crashes my email after i open it Email opens and crashes after four seconds This is horribledo not update     Please deinstall the update off my phone

Keeping information secure is one thing but this app goes way too far in limiting the functionality of the device with the enterprise I work with iOS has perfected the interaction between contacts email calendar and tasks with both enterprise and personal email clients This app breaks that functionality It doesnt even support tasks something highly used in an enterprise environment     Loss of functionality

I like that my meeting notifications can appear on the lock screen but the lack of the meeting location in the notification makes it not very useful I still have to open the app and enter my PIN to find out which conference room I need to go to Please add location to the notification        Poor notifications

It shuts my iPad off randomly and I called apple and they said it was a virus that screws up your apple product     Ruins your iPad

Bad intrusive device management software for IT departments that disables iCloud photo stream or whatever they want Can also be used to track employees geographically Stay Away     Pray your company doesnt force this on you

Still no iOS notifications This would seem to be a basic function for a email app on any iOS device If you can make calendar notifications workyou should be able to get mail to work     Notifications

This is a good attempt but has many drawbacks 1 Biggest and most obvious drawback is lack of push mail coupled with no push notification which should be basic to all email apps Which means Ill have to keep launching the app frequently and checking for new mails Ridiculous considering this app is more than 3 year old After our company switched from native iOS email calendar apps to this one I have to live with massively reduced functionality 2 Similarly there is no ringtone when an email is sent 3 Tedious navigation between email and calendar and other objects 4 Updating meeting invites doesnt update server and thereby other invitees It could be lotus notes issue too           Good but not good enough

Latest update defaults location services to Always and destroys battery life while over heating the phone Its an abysmal app that just got infinitely worse     Can I go with negative stars

App works ok to readwrite emails but falls way behind Good at this point no TouchID really no calendar sync old look and feel somehow clumsy interface slow notifications arent reliable     Needs a significant update

You cannot access tasks or memos on the company server so it does not allow you to be as efficient as using outlook enterprise pushing through the phone I now have to find a new way to manage or organize my daily work        Disappointed

No Touch ID integration Not integrated with Siri or with the calendar so Siri cant tell me whats upcoming on my schedule Good idea for enterprise security but limits functionality I had before company moved to this        Needs a lot of work

If you dont rely on email and dont get what all the fuss is about when it comes to UXUI youve come to the right place Who in 2015 really needs their corporate email client to function better than smoke signals Productivity is overrated and this app is here to take a stand against the easeofuse movement     Did the definition of enterprise change

How could the person writing the Release Notes forget to include the addition of Touch ID to unlock the container That is the single most requested feature in our deployment and users are much happier now Easy setup and it just works Note that New Mail Notifications have been available for several of weeks you just need IBM to enable things and your Cloud Connector to be set up properly with Office365 They still need to fix the font size rendering issues which they had promised would be resolved in July The consistently tiny fonts are a significant impediment to usability           Touch ID unlock New Mail Notifications

Maas stopped functioning properly shortly after installation and wouldnt show email Deleted and reinstalled and it still shows a blank inbox Useless     No Email

Forced to use this app on my iPhone 5s cause of company policy Was working fine until I upgraded to iOS8 and now it keeps telling me that my device is jailbroken which it isnt Lost access to my corporate emails calendars etc due to incorrect detection by this app     Doesnt support iOS8

I am forced to use this app for work email and it crashes doesnt sync and Ive had to uninstallreinstall the app multiple times to get it to work I currently cant even get to my email for some unknown reason so the app itself is worthless     Absolutely Horrible
