When I try to register my device with micloud the app just closes Ive reinstalled this huge over a gigabite app twice which takes forever and same results This app is worthless if cant sync to my Magellan 5295 App crashes uses way too much hard drive space
Bought an iPhone so I could use the link feature between my SmartGPS and phone to set routes as shown in the demo I may just file a complaint and or start a class action for deceptive advertising Very disappointed

I bought a smart gps so I could send directions from my phone over Bluetooth They have removed that option from the software so now the only reason I bought a Magellan no longer exists Garmin supports this feature so o will try to return my Magellan and get a garmin now do not buy their products
I LOVE this app Magellan Roadmate has always provided me with the quickest route best traffic updates The only thing they could do to improve is to add the option to select truck route for 18 wheelers UPDATE Something has changed For some reason I can select or type in the address I want and save it as a favorite or as a one touch option but thats it It wont allow me to start navigation at all How do I fix this

The update on today made it difficult to enter addresses No access to contacts as before App is not as user friendly as it was before the update on Sep 15 2014 Though the landscape mode is a great addition app was much better way it was Update made addresses difficult
I purchased the smartgps and downloaded the app to my phone Most of it works fine but I cannot use the micloud feature It will not allow me to register roadmate Just keep getting registration server error Magellan support just keeps telling me that nothing is wrong on their end This app is not fully functional yet for iphone5 MiCloud feature

This application has been a battery killer since I originally installed it Had to keep my iPhone 5 plugged to a charger for the duration of my trip Now with iOS7 the program crashes continuously to the point that I cannot get past the initial screen Per the support knowledge base I reset my phone with no improvement Please fix your broken app Useless in iOS7
Terrible update No longer connects to contacts and keeps telling me I have to buy a subscription even though I have Very very large app too I use to use it all the time now hardly ever Used it all the time until they updated it
This app used to work but since they updated it its worthless Cannot enter in addresses anymore Can we have the oldperfectly good working app back Give a great app to MiTAC to ruin
Dont update I bought the Smart GPS unit because of the interface between phone and GPS Lost most features with update Can no longer send location directly to GPS from phone or search by GPS coordinates Unless I pay for Roadmate app This app is useless Dont update
