I am opening a fitness center and in Chicago blueprints are arbitrary to cost The measurements are often of with no real recourse to find room sizes Magicplan in combination with a laser measure has given me the information to know how my equipment will fit in the space As good as it gets
If you want to actually use your plan you have to open an account with them And then you find out that you have to BUY your own plan Sorry but this business model is bordering on fraud Disappointing

While the measurements are rarely accurate they are quite easy to modify I use an independent laser I cannot speak for how well a Bluetooth laser pairs with the app but for basic room layouts square footage room concepts the free version of this app is fantastic I have yet to use the exporting functions to a CAD program but knowing it is an available function makes this a very scalable solution for realtors property managers renovation contractors architects alike Great for capturing basic layouts onthego

On the one hand this app is fairly impressive and it do create a reasonably good floor plan However for obvious reasons the app cant be perfectly accurate you should measure the main distances manually and enter after creating the floor plan if you want a accurate dimension Notice the app get really confused if you try to include a hallway create the hallway as a separate room I tried to make a bathroom by extruding walls but when I merged another room the bathroom vanished so dont do that instead create each room as a separate entity to be merged to the puzzle Feature request lets have a tripod mode for moe accurate measurements Good for creating a draft

Sort of confuzzling at first but you get the hang of it I wish there was options for colors on walls carpet furniture ect

Great tool if you want to map your existing house for reference I was up and running in a couple of hours with a plan of my house Easy to use and excellent for making plans
The app makes floorplan layout for a remodel much easier than pencil and paper It took me a bit to get the calibrations customized but the ability to plan my dream kitchen just got a lot closer The tutorials are easy to follow and the tools are intuitive Great App

It was really fun to build my own living room If u r wanting to rearrange furniture or add new furniture this is a great way to do it I made my living room rearranged it like I liked it before me and my husband ever lifted a finger to move the real thing Awesome Fun fun
I am spatially challenged so I got this app to help me picture the measurements of apartments I was researching in comparison to my own space It is very easy and quick to use and now that I have found my new apartment I have been able to measure it using this tool and figure out what will go where before I move Easy to use
