The update is a drastic improvement over the previous version The upgrade makes the app much more fluid and responsive Love the seeing the artwork of the cover every time I open the app Update Is Amazing Sooroo77

We really have enjoyed this for a year or two but since the upgrade we can t get it because the operating system we have is 9 something We ask to download an older version that is compatible an it promptly gives notice that it is downloading please wait And we wait and we wait and we wait It never stops HELP I can get it at Magnificat online Com and the new scroll format is great and it appears that is what this app might show But we are still stuck with forever downloading Except now it stops says error downloading touch to retry Retried seven times no luck it would be nice to get it again on the iPad HELP Thank you for solving the problem The new format is great Five stars now that we can use it again Forever downloads Pete 21675

The latest app will not download the current month It hangs and then just says to retry but will never load App will not download subscription mkhppr

I just updated the app on my iPhone 6 and my iPad The newest update dated Nov 4 2017 will not download the newest edition on either device I have completely closed the app on both devices and deleted and reloaded and the problem persists It indicates it is downloading and to please wait while the dot indicators appear to show it working Then I get Error loading Touch to retry I have tried to load it over wifi as well as using data on my phone to no avail As of now the app is completely useless as I cannot access my subscription from there Developers please get this fixed A S A P This is one of my most often used apps Version 5 0 4 Broken debsee

This is a great app and allows you to take your favorite devotional with you on the go wherever you are Works well and had all of the niceties of the print edition just in electronic form The prayer alerts are a nice and useful caveat Beautiful Daily Devotional

I love the Magnificat and was excited to use the app on my iPad for the first few months It hasnt worked properly the last three months I am paying for each month as I download but cant access it Please fix or refund the previous three months of purchases When working this is five star app Please fix

Ive used this on my 3rd Gen iPad with both iOS 7 8 Its mostly good but I frequently run into a problem where the canticles dont render when I click on them Just a blank screen My workaround is to back out to the Other Features section and then go back That usually fixes it so it will render but not always Its really distracting to my morning prayer Good content when it renders

102014 Update I paid for October but have yet to be able to access it I emailed twice once via the app and once from the Magnificat web site Ive received no responses and 20 days into the month I have no access and no refund 91014 Update Never received an emailed response to either of my emails but I suddenly have access to my September issue If you have trouble I encourage you to email them from the web site Thats what I did the second time 9814 I have had the same problems with the login and not being able to use the app even though Ive purchased the current month Ive just emailed Magnificat for the second time regarding the issue Well see how that goes Confused

Ive been using the Magnificat app for more than two yearsits always been there when I needed it for morning and evening prayer I have always used a digital or print subscription via the website to give me access so renewal has been simple and delivery has been uninterrupted Thank you for a wonderful app Always there when I need it

Magnificat allows one complete readings for daily Mass Saints Feast Days Psalms beautiful daily prayers in one place When I had problem logging on to app content When I have print subscription to get all content staff responded by Email promptly I am up running Peace Ted Eshleman Deserves Top rating

I have had problems with the iPad version of this app for months while the iPhone app has worked fine I decided to remove the iPhone app and iPhone app completely I then went back to the App Store and relaunched the iPad version first and no problems with the iPad app so far I just relaunched the iPhone version and its now working fine too Try this for yourself I might have found a solution to the Ipad problem

I havent had problems with this app that others have described I am very happy with the eversion of the Magnificat It allows me to take it on the go I never leave my phone when I go out which means I am never without my Magnificat Love this app

I paid 199 to download the February issue It charged me but never downloaded Every time I go back in it asks me to pay for it again Not working

I love Magnificat and am so disappointed in this app It very rarely works I get constant error messages saying its ready for download and after hitting Continue like 30 times it will just go back to the log in The content is great and has good design but there has to be a way to get the app to work Whos the patron saint of Smartphones Really disappointing

I would love this app if it werent so irritating Every month I have to delete the app then wait for it to download only to have it crash over and over again The problems have not been addressed when in fact have become worse Ive sent several emails but no success at correcting the problems I would not recommend this app until all the issues are fixed I am deleting his app for good and will rely on my hard copy Constant disappointment

Every time I go to update to a new month I cannot access it I erase the app and redownload it It doesnt help It just keeps telling me I now have access but I cant get past the buylogin screen The only tip from Magnificat was to delete and re download I will stop purchasing new months Its too much of an ordeal to access the content which is sad because once you can access the content it is great Monthly hassle

For the past two months this application has been very frustrating to try and download the next months issue It should not be this hard to use a worthwhile publication Too frustrating

This app does not work for me at all anymore which is very disappointing since I still have three more months on my subscription and it hasnt functioned since October I run an iPod Touch and liked how it used to run great offline Now I get nothing either way crashing or downloading with no result Not working again

I recommend you wait until the developer addresses the multiple bugs I did send a support request many weeks ago but there has been no response app does not work wait for fixes

I have had the Magnificat on my I pad for 3yrs and I like better than the book version It is much easier to read since you can really enlarge the print and it is 12 the price of the printed version Plus there is no recycling involved Great mobile prayer book

I always hesitate to update the app especially when it seems to be working well Updated yesterday and alas back to the same problems Cant read through the entire ending prayer because the iPhone app wont scroll all the way This gets so frustrating not to know when and if it will work properly I love the content but using it electronically is a problem Wish I would have invested in the paper version Wish the issues would go away
