This app was great before I purhcased the Pro version now when I log in I get that spinning wait cursor alot and sometimes my entire Gmail account gets locks they display a message from gmail to keep our system healthy we have temporary disabled your account P S anyone knows how to force quit this Tab after I get the Spinning wait cursor because I do not see it from Apple Force Quit I see many people are facing this issue why isn t FIPLAB fixing this issue I have bought almost all of their Applications from them and love them     Used to work good but not now Yousofzay

This used to be quite a good app But in the last month or so it has become a complete disaster I m on 10 11 6 and it freezes my iMac to the point where it is unusable The Activity Monitor app shows that MailTab Pro uses 98 of CPU almost all memory and the only way to get the computer back is to force quit MailTab pro I paid for this app and I am extremely disappointed     Freezes my iMac Cronie67

I don t know if anyone else had this issue but lately this app has been messing up my laptop It would have the spinny beach ball thing my laptop fans would start blaring and they wouldn t stop I tried force quiting the application from the Apple menu but the Apple menu didn t show it as closable so I just gave up on it When the fans start blaring spinny beach ball happens computer works slower and it effects other applications as well by messing them up not just with the speed If you have this problem with this app I don t think there is any other way to fix it then to uninstall it unfortunately             Good for a while then Creatornerd

This app works very well until it doesn t My 1st issue is that I routiniely am locked out of my Gmail This app somehow triggers the Gmail security function and results in my account being locked for 24 hours I recently have been having a new issue that is even worse This app if set to run in background as it is intended to eventually causes my MBP to freeze and I get the beachball until I am able to Force Quit the app Once I quit the app my Macbook immediately starts working again Please update app to resolve this         Works great until it doesn t Dingleschlop

It s nice to have quick access without having a separate gmail tab open in Safari or Firefox but if you re a gmail power user this app window will freeze consistently on you You have to close and reopen or refresh the app window consistenly Not a huge problem but get s very annoying if you are in the middle of a busy email day             Great when it s not freezing Brent Cole

As of the recent MacBook update this app does not work for very long without crashing and slowing down my computer It uses an older verion of Safari that is no longer supported needs updating     Broken Misha.F

I have Sierra on my macbook pro mid 2012 and this app works great when its actually working There is an icon at the top of my screen that allows me to easily access my gmail and do basically everything I can do if I was using safari The issue is and it has been happening to me every day sometimes more than once that it freezes on me and I have to refresh it or close it out and then open it again This has happened to me in the middle of writing an email and I had to start the email all over again because it didn t save to my drafts It s a great idea and very useful when working but I can t stand the freezing any longer I m switching to a competitor         Great When Working R_I_C_A_N

I ve been using this product for several years It s ideal when in an airport on borrowed wifi a very light client that beats the extended time my Apple Mail client takes to download and edit respond to email Using gmail s tabs I can quickly delete a lot of email that I don t need to actually download saving me time and bandwidth Several people have complained about the product causing a disabled email message it s not actualy this product that does that although this product is impacted when that happens the situation they are describing happens when more than one mail client for an individual mail account such as Apple Mail is left open on multiple computers It s a solid product and one I used frequently Wouldn t trade it                 Faster alternative to opening a browser window dhuman

I m not sure why I spent 1 99 on the pro version if I still have to deal with annoying ads For reference I paid for the pro version directly from the app store and did not upgrade from free I never had the free version to begin with so I m not sure what the difference is This app is a bait and switch and I do not recommend paying for pro features The idea is nice but I prefer not to be ripped off         Ads even with pro version Astral Honey

When I first installed the PB for El Capitan MailTabPro did not work as expected Support had me delete com fiplab mailtabpro in Containers and I got MTP back I had really missed my quick access to my Gmail account                     Works great in El Capitan dianeoforegon

I ve been using MailTab Pro for over a year and I find it useful as a minimal mail application so that I don t have to have a browser open at all times I appreciate that clicking on the icon in the toolbar instantly brings up the MailTab window and that if I click out it disappears and will reappear immediately upon selecting the icon again Perfect for short messages and quick email cheks It s worth well more than 2 Thanks to the developers for this quick application                     Super helpful and minimal Shoobiedoo

UPDATE preview of attachments is working again Perhaps the problem was with my CHROME browser Everything is working perfectly again I really like this app I have been using it for quite a while Unfortunately the preview of attachments no longer works When I go to try to view an attachment that I received or sent I can no longer view the file without downloading The preview function does not work It just displays an icon that says loading This renders this app useless to me Hoping support will get back to me For now I am back to using the browser interface                     Works great JAY-BEE-TWO
