Great game play and a lot of fun.
I love the graphics and the interface is easy to use.
Also no reason to use elves over dwarves.
albeit in an a less polished and compete form.
The graphics are a little cartoony.

"Majesty:The Fantasy Kingdom Sim" will be on sale this weekend Only for 0,99 Don`t even think to miss that One of the "5 winning games for tablets" - New York Times, July 2011 Majesty: The Fantasy ...
Core game play is the same as the original Almost all hero s except the paladins are male Misses the hero dialogue temple to fervus poison and healing potions and the days where games were designed to be fun and not clash farms         Even princess level ruins the game Pann13
Great game not as good as the classic on the pc but good adaptation                     Majesty Spartythecuss
Majesty is a series that holds a lot of nostalgia for me and many others That said if you ve never played this series before I highly recommend it The indirect kingdom simulator is a very interesting style of game as it takes a lot of the usual control you have in a game and forces you to think more strategically Great if you re a fan of Real Time Strategy Games RTS indirect control life simulators like The Sims or fantasy gamers in general There s a little something for everyone Offers a very distinct challenge with a colorful cast of units enemies and quests to make every level fun All that said as a veteran of both Majesty 1 2 I can t help but feel this is an oversimplified version of its predecessors I haven t made it all the way through yet but I am assuming a lot of monsters got cut from the game though not a terribly big deal The real shame comes from the amount of units and buildings that were dropped from Majesty 1 in the transition to mobile Upwards of 6 units got cut Cultists Monks Rogues Solarii Adepts and Gnomes gnome hovels are still present but the unit was dropped Two others that got dropped are peasants and guard captains and though they aren t a major loss they are still notably missing Along with this comes a LOT of missing spells Obviously all the Cultist Solarii Adept and Monk spells are gone but the BIGGEST spell that got dropped was Rage of Krolm pretty much making Barbarians useless Other notable buildings that were dropped are the Magic Bazaar Fairgrounds and Gambling Hall I assume the reason for this is to prevent the game from bogging down due to too many active units there is a cap of only 20 recruited heroes at a time and 30 buildings That said it is still a disappointment for anyone considering this game for nostalgic purposes Also they nerfed the healer so that it no longer can attack the only reason to make a healer temple since there is no monk counterpart is for the paladin A tiny issue but still worth mentioning Everything considered I still give this reincarnation of a very nostalgic game a 5 5 It is worth playing for newcomers to the series and old players looking for a portable version of an equally nostalgic and amazing game I probably won t get the expansion since it doesn t add any new units yet is 1 more than the standard game but I definitely recommend this base game                     Great for Newcomers and Veterans AceyBaybay
I loved this game when it was on my computer and I love that I get to play it again on my phone                     Love this game 2ndmuck
Not bad                 Not bad SleeperMD
Addictive                     Great game renmuse
I absolutely loved this game So much that I bought the pc version but I d didn t quite live up to my love for the phone version I still play it over and over from new phone to new phone But it hasn t been updated for so long that it s hard to play on the iPhone 6 I d love for a new game but I could settle for just a new update                 Wishing for an update skrap3003
First of all I thank you for porting this game to iOS seriously it makes my day I would however love to have the voice of the advisor back and the limit on heroes makes me sad                 I love Majesty Europop!
Great adaptation of the PC version but I do miss the voices of all the characters                     5 stars Jaiswin
Fun app that you don t have to pay as you go                     Great App for 2 Acousticpaul
My favorite computer game besides the sims from back in the day A couple of the things you could do on the pc are missing which I find a little funny cause my phone is probably stronger than the PC I had back in the day But it s almost exactly like I remembered it I wish you could zoom and ugh Unzoom But the view they give is ok                 My favorite computer game Sisao
Doesn t hold a candle to the original but it kept me sane through a lot of power outages in the past year It would be so much better with more of the units and structures from the PC version not to mention the voice acting The art is nice Needs more zoom and larger buttons                 needs more Majesty Ggrhkkhkgm
Yes I am one of the old school players that loved this on my old blueberry ibook There a few things that would have to be improved to earn that perfect score One visibility you can t pinch and zoom the field As the graphics have greatly downsized you still need to see what is going on Flipping between the field and one of the houses is too cumbersome Save or we start you over Autosave from the point of play each time please I do miss the voice of the old game as well As this is a paid bundle with in app purchase as well a few improvements need to be made                 Just short of a perfect score Jettcat
You won t regret paying a little bit for this amazing game By far the best I ve played                     Best iPhone game of all JK PhD
Never played this on the computer when it originally came out As a first time player this is a ton of fun The touch screen controls work really well and it s a great 30 minute gaming session                     Great game Schupac
I ve played through all the quests several times now Still trying to beat all on bloodthirsty without buying extra Love playing                     Even after years I still enjoy Morachd
Traditionally I prefer turn based strategy But this is one fun game                     Enjoyable Gamesman99
I just found this game I used to play it as a kid all the time and the developers did it justice on the mobile version too Good work                     Overly Sentimental strikerman53
How is that a troll it is huge                     Troll Park dog 2008
I was a huge fan of the old Majesty fantasy kingdom sim games on the PC The mobile version while somewhat simplified remains true to the source material and what made the original fantasy so fun and unique This isn t a game with Majesty slapped on it is a faithful interpretation on a mobile platform It s a blast addicting and fans will not be disappointed                     Wonderful Conservativecat
I give this game 4 stars It s addictive and fun The only thing I wish is that you could control the soldiers better and build walls Other than that it s a great game and I love it                 Yooo Shinzuii
This is a port of a game I used to play on PC a few improvements have been made but as usual it s dumbed down This would have been a fantastic port of the old fantasy real time strategic sim builder with heroes running around on their own RPG like grind to level up and get gold Pros Humorous and entertaining fantasy plots improved artistic styling for the warrior of discord and Paladin heroes engaging kingdom building sim with monsters vs the kingdom good old original soundtrack Buildings no longer require builders they just build automatically slower the more repairs and building is at hand Wizard tower spells are not limited to a spell radius around magic towers Pro and Con same old autonomous AI heroes yet fun diverse classes guilds with specialized spells skills and equipment Some RTS players will hate and be frustrated by the autonomous AI controlled heroes while others may find it liberating and entertaining as I did with the original Cons Biggest pet peeve and sim sin of all YOU blank insert curse limited the number of heroes and buildings only 20 heroes I used to enjoy playing after victory as well covering the playable area in buildings watching heroes get up to level 600 something over night no kidding The overall artistic style and details of the original game are dulled or lost to the cartoony puerile superficial App Store style so common in modern fantasy games however the original detail would be to much to be displayed properly on the mobile phone screens and I prefer Rangers have been so nerfed a sewer rat eats them for lunch right out of the box I just don t use them Wizards much as before even above level 20 are overpowered killing machines until a goblin sneezes and then they die especially if that sneeze is a projectile Tax collectors should ve been replaced by an automatic tax collection event over intervals of time just as the builders were only implied and replaced by an automatic construction process I never understood why elves and dwarves were limited to 2 or three per guild why not 4 like the others The names for heroes and buildings are fixed and can t be changed like they could in the original Random hero names titles are bad and there are so few that often I will get the same name for 2 or more heroes As in the original heroes have a sex assigned with their class I would prefer random sex assignment for each hero hired with a unique sex specific animated look and portrait for each class even if it s a tall order it would add a lot more diversity and character Rogues rogue guilds cultists with temple to Fervous and spells magic bazaars with potions outposts gambling halls elven lounges gnome heroes embassies monks with temple to Dauros and spells poison healing herbs bosses many monster types and lairs temple to Lunord heroes and spells temple to Solaris heroes and spells all are removed Why take out so friggin much Bring some stuff back In conclusion it s a good little app if you like the original but be prepared to eat some of the old and new drivel that comes with the game Probably worth the price just don t even bother with the demo like free money pit version if you want the game except to get a taste             Almost Legendary Note Quite 9876123h
Great game                     Majesty 777wiseman123
I love this game I actually think it s pretty balanced because if you can keep wizards alive long enough they become super powerful                     Great strategy game Matthewbeebe
This is like the original Warcraft only you can t control exact units and you don t get gold from mines Yet it works Not without problems You must strategically build your village then kingdom based on what units you have These units then wander around of their own free will and generally attack when needed This makes it easier to control for small screens but if you want them to go more aggressive you kind of have to offer rewards to them and once they are on it is nearly impossible to call retreat when enemies ambush them The font telling what happened is way too small The general information is vague and takes time to learn what does what I still haven t figured some of it out and I played through the tutorial The AI isn t great Rangers tend to be the worst at kamakazi tactics Even though they are ranged they let the enemy get up right in their faces and they don t back down There are balance issues If you don t get warriors or paladins out quickly you lose But I enjoy it so far This is a pretty good strategy game It is the most like a classic Warcraft that I have yet played that allows you to be offline when you play This is good news for iPod users and people who don t always want their data plan being used                 Great but not perfect edited ~Anguawolf~
Most of the font is far to small to read well The rest is even smaller The tutorial is poorly designed I can t rate the gameplay because I didn t make it far enough to do so with accuracy     Frustrating BareFootTrucker
Awesome PC game now on mobile devices Superb classic pixel graphics and very interesting gameplay                     Awesome Cap. Brenner
Could not play     Fonts too small to read TomsFZ1
Whoever gave these stellar reviews have either played the game before or have it on iPad The tutorial is completely insufficient the controls are awkward the menus are vague and the type font is much much MUCH too small on iPhone It also hasn t been updated for almost two years Unacceptable Totally ridiculous Disappointing and deleted     Seriously So disappointing oddlovely
Awesome RPG                     I ve played this game for 100 hours PhoneCats
Works on iPad mini but resolution issues too small Works great on large iPad and on iPhone The sequel to this game has no resolution issues on iPad mini I hope they fix this because I love using my iPad mini with retina for my more serious games while the big iPad I use for work and online matches                 Resolution problems for iPad mini 2 Grazillion
I bought it before it became an IAP It is basically a freemium app at this point because the units are now so weak you have to spend cash to get anywhere     Garbage Hedge Fund And Such
I loved thus game and gave it 4 5 stars on the ipad 3 On the mini the button layout got borked the heroes were rendered too small to tap and the fonts were unreadably small I expected it to drop in size by about ten percent based on the physical size but this appears more like it is missing retina mini artwork If they fix that it will go back to 4 5 stars since the gameplay is great very much like the desktop version     Great game but broke on iPad mini retina Scott Ellsworth
This is probably the best app out there I have been supportive of this game ever since it came out on PC I got the majesty northern expension and still love this game There needs to be more apps like this Great in detail and very smooth The only problem I would like to be fix in this app Is to be able to see the workers working repairing on the building like it does on the PC I use to love to watch them fix or build a building Plus I can tell how long they are to get to that building instead of the building being delayed on being built on by invisible forces This app is the best bc you can see the characters moving around fighting and buying If u like clash of clans you will love this app You can also build your own town and upgrade your building Pls keep the updates coming Surely love this app                     THE BEST APP Lilgatorman
On an iPad with Retina display the in game text and buttons are so ridiculously tiny and there isn t an option to lower resolution in order to fix this If you have one of these devices I really wouldn t bother with this game unless they fix it     Ow my eyes Dooms247
Paid for the app It worked fine for awhile and now force closes when I try to play Ill change my review when my game works again     Paid for the app It worked fine for awhile and now force closes when I try to play
I like how the Heros act like an RPG player and I like how this game is a strategy I like the mix up with rpg and rts games Pretty creative                 Like the Mix up
Great game play and a lot of fun Although I do miss all the things the heros would say when in certain situations Adversity builds character                 just like the computer version just as awesome
Pros Great game Strategic but silly demanding but clever Plenty of ways to play Different routes cut off other ways to play that actually make sense Different endings Most of the scenarios have different ways to end it depending on what you want to do Graphic are simple but nice More true to the original than jaw dropping Cons Please work on the AI and user interface Some of the below just unpack this Spellcasting is not intuitive More than once Ive cursed one of my heroes or healed a monster Some scenarios you want to give a troll a skeleton buddy but mostly not Again the AI Heroes often wander off to get killed and I cannot keep wizards or necromancers alive Meanwhile dark knights and paladins never die which I guess I dont mind Add some metrics like how much gold does a house generate over a game day              Has issues great game
I was a huge fan of the old Majesty fantasy kingdom sim games on the PC The mobile version while somewhat simplified remains true to the source material and what made the original fantasy so fun and unique This isnt a game with Majesty slapped on it is a faithful interpretation on a mobile platform Its a blast addicting and fans will not be disappointed                 Wonderful

I played Majesty when it first came out years ago I loved it Majesty 2 came out and it was decent but it lost the majesty feel This app is much more like Majesty I love the graphics and the interface is easy to use I just wish there was multiplayer              Nostalgia
Could not play     Fonts too small to read
This is probably the best app out there I have been supportive of this game ever since it came out on PC I got the majesty northern expension and still love this game There needs to be more apps like this Great in detail and very smooth The only problem I would like to be fix in this app Is to be able to see the workers workingrepairing on the building like it does on the PC I use to love to watch them fix or build a building Plus I can tell how long they are to get to that building instead of the building being delayed on being built on by invisible forces This app is the best bc you can see the characters moving around fighting and buying If u like clash of clans you will love this app You can also build your own town and upgrade your building Pls keep the updates coming Surely love this app                 THE BEST APP
Great game                 Majesty
I have the game on the PC and I still play it every now and then When I got the iPad for my birthday this was one of the first games that I bought with no hesitation Hard to put down and the last game I played I actually saw the sun set and come back up Awesome                 Another Majesty
Works on iPad mini but resolution issuestoo small Works great on large iPad and on iPhone The sequel to this game has no resolution issues on iPad mini I hope they fix this because I love using my iPad mini with retina for my more serious games while the big iPad I use for work and online matches              Resolution problems for iPad mini 2
In spite of the patch notes that say minor bug fixes this app is now optimized to run at full screen on the iPhone 566 It looks fantastic on my enormous phablet and the gameplay is as good as ever Pick this one up Theres nothing else like it on the App Store                 Now Optimized for New Devices
Very similar to the old computer version but the hero AI is awful Any hero that isnt a warriorpaladin has a death wish The warriors and paladins are practically invulnerable Wizards will walk right up to a rat and die rangers wont retreat from a pack of goblins necromancers will charge spiders It makes the game extremely tedious when only a small subset of the available heroes are useable           Almost
Its as good as it looks Go ahead and get it                 Its fine
I love this game So happy I can play now on my iPad Great replay options with the different difficulty levels                 Love it
This game is almost a good port of the awesome PC game but its balanced horribly and this kills it for me Forces you to buy IAP to play on hard mode otherwise impossible to win and the normal difficulty is so easy you lose the game about as much as you would in FarmVille Also the hero balance is way off As a poster noted below the only heroes worth using are warriors or paladins everything else just dies due to awful hero AI Also no reason to use elves over dwarves as elves just die and their gold boost is irrelevant since dwarves just make your city invincible anyway if you can live long enough to build the towers which you cant on hard Too bad it was almost a great iPhone strategy game which there isnt a lot of        Balance issues kill it
Some developers should learn the meaning of Universal app Yes technically its universal as it will run on your iPhone In reality its absolutely unplayable Unless youre willing to carry a microscope with you all the time The texts are so small that its simply unreadable Even the icons are difficult to recognize Bottom line on iPad looks fun on iPhone PASS     Universal really
I loved thus game and gave it 45 stars on the ipad 3 On the mini the button layout got borked the heroes were rendered too small to tap and the fonts were unreadably small I expected it to drop in size by about ten percent based on the physical size but this appears more like it is missing retina mini artwork If they fix that it will go back to 45 stars since the gameplay is great very much like the desktop version     Great game but broke on iPad mini retina
Could be awesome Poorly balanced All characters die to often besides the basic fighter        Has so much potential
If you enjoyed the PC version odds are good youll enjoy this Be warned however some temples are missing all level 3 and ferverus and daurous              Dr Professor
Im a bit surprised how well this translated to iPad taps especially where the menu is concerned It became second nature fairly quickly not using a mouse Had this game years ago but I actually never enjoyed it as much as now Thats huge I stumbled onto Majesty after giving Clash of Clans a checking out Although the sound and graphics of CoC is very current the insane build times and too few gems made me unhappy with that gamebut I loved the build an army and go conquer mechanics of CoC Majesty though despite its age is the better gem of a game to me because 1 you can actually build a village and upgrade stuff in a one session and 2 you can directly semibuild hero units in Majesty On point 2 there your warriors archers and wizards etc actually LEVEL UP as they kill monsters each game and you can heal and protect them from above in a godlike angelic being sort of way to help ensure that they dont die and that they do level up Very satisfying and fun IMO Each character has hisher own name even To heal a char you need to build the Temple of Asomething I forgot and then you can cast the Heal Rez The game menus are a bit clunky at first but it works well eventually The music is mediaevalish but is a bit old and synthetic sounding Still its an old game The graphics are dated but then again this game has much depth of playmore than I am used to in an iOS game The characters have a mind of their own kind of Simslike when it comes to battle and exploring You have to bribe them with gold coins to do anything so to explore an area of the map you flag it with a blue flag and your people will sooner or later go there cuz of that To flag a building or monster for destruction then put a red flag on them If they are scary to your folks then you will have to jack the price up to overcome their fear Seriously Its funny Also in some cases if all your top ranked soldiers of any kind die then you MAY not be able to finish a mission I didnt realize that at first and the final monster I had to kill was lvl 20 and my lvl 1 guys got instantly killed by him no matter how many I made So its a big help to keep your heroes alive and use their experience that they gain It also makes the game personal and fun Best of all the company who owned the game has so far not gimped it in order to press for inapp purchases I read that the sequal to it might push for more inapp purchases which I hope not cuz thats a huge turn off to me and many others                 Excellent on iPad
Awesome PC game now on mobile devices Superb classic pixel graphics and very interesting gameplay                 Awesome
Play this              Great Casual RTS
I give this game 4 stars Its addictive and fun The only thing I wish is that you could control the soldiers better and build walls Other than that its a great game and I love it              Yooo
The game is fun and lives up to the majesty franchise I was very excited to play it until I saw my first elf hero named Queer How can any company find this acceptable I dont wish to support any franchise who belittles any group race or religion I wish I could get my money back What a shame     Derogatory Hero Name
Love playing this on my iPad mini Great time killer                 Frat game on both iPad and iPhone
If you were a fan of the original PC majesty you will love this game Its just as fun as that version maybe more My only suggestion is to make it easier to place buildings more precisely                 So glad this exists
Its a good tuff game                 Gg
Fun Addictive Different than most RTS apps But I can figure out the pointrating system                 Fun and different RTS
I love this game Im no wizard and I have been able to win all the levels on the easiest setting without making any ingame purchases The middle setting is challenging but not impossible                 Great game
This is like the original Warcraft only you cant control exact units and you dont get gold from mines Yet it works Not without problems You must strategically build your village then kingdom based on what units you have These units then wander around of their own free will and generally attack when needed This makes it easier to control for small screens but if you want them to go more aggressive you kind of have to offer rewards to themand once they are on it is nearly impossible to call retreat when enemies ambush them The font telling what happened is way too small The general information is vague and takes time to learn what does what I still havent figured some of it out and I played through the tutorial The AI isnt great Rangers tend to be the worst at kamakazi tactics Even though they are ranged they let the enemy get up right in their faces and they dont back down There are balance issues If you dont get warriors or paladins out quickly you lose But I enjoy it so far This is a pretty good strategy game It is the most like a classic Warcraft that I have yet played that allows you to be offline when you play This is good news for iPod users and people who dont always want their data plan being used              Great but not perfect edited
So much                 Addictive
Most of the font is far to small to read well The rest is even smaller The tutorial is poorly designed I cant rate the gameplay because I didnt make it far enough to do so with accuracy     Frustrating
You wont regret paying a little bit for this amazing game By far the best Ive played                 Best iPhone game of all
On an iPad with Retina display the in game text and buttons are so ridiculously tiny and there isnt an option to lower resolution in order to fix this If you have one of these devices I really wouldnt bother with this game unless they fix it     Ow my eyes
How is that a troll it is huge                 Troll
Very fun to pass the time Wish you can control things better                 Fun game almost like a rts game
I love this game I actually think its pretty balanced because if you can keep wizards alive long enough they become super powerful                 Great strategy game
I did love this game on the PC and now just as much with the iPad If you never played the original you may or may not like this Me I love it                 Thank you
Is an awesome game and it translates well to iPad definitely worth the money                 Majesty
Its a simply amazing game                 Amazing
Awesome RPG                 Ive played this game for 100 hours
Next time you charge 99 for 50000 gold have it follow the player until it runs out Instead of making them pay for each level     JERKS
This game is very fun I played the computer version and it was addictive I give this app 4 stars because I would like it to be more like the computer version as in the home screen gameplay screen setup and also the graphics This is still a very good game              Good
Super fun well worth it                 Great fun
I loved Majesty as a kid and was excited to play it again Unfortunately this game is only a shell of what the original wasis I have no idea why the developers decided to water down the game as much as they did especially since the iPad can clearly handle much more Plus the replenish your treasury for 99 cents is pathetic money grabbing at its finest Shame     Disappointing
This is a port of a game I used to play on PC a few improvements have been made but as usual its dumbed down This would have been a fantastic port of the old fantasy real time strategic sim builder with heroes running around on their own RPGlike grind to level up and get gold Pros Humorous and entertaining fantasy plots improved artistic styling for the warrior of discord and Paladin heroes engaging kingdom building sim with monsters vs the kingdom good old original soundtrack Buildings no longer require builders they just build automatically slower the more repairs and building is at hand Wizard tower spells are not limited to a spell radius around magic towers Pro and Con same old autonomous AI heroes yet fun diverse classesguilds with specialized spells skills and equipment Some RTS players will hate and be frustrated by the autonomous AI controlled heroes while others may find it liberating and entertaining as I did with the original Cons Biggest pet peeve and sim sin of all YOU blank insert curse limited the number of heroes and buildings only 20 heroes I used to enjoy playing after victory as well covering the playable area in buildings watching heroes get up to level 600 something over night no kidding The overall artistic style and details of the original game are dulled or lost to the cartoony puerile superficial App Store style so common in modern fantasy games however the original detail would be to much to be displayed properly on the mobile phone screens and I prefer Rangers have been so nerfed a sewer rat eats them for lunch right out of the box I just dont use them Wizards much as before even above level 20 are overpowered killing machines until a goblin sneezes and then they die especially if that sneeze is a projectile Tax collectors shouldve been replaced by an automatic tax collection event over intervals of time just as the builders were only implied and replaced by an automatic construction process I never understood why elves and dwarves were limited to 2 or three per guild why not 4 like the others The names for heroes and buildings are fixed and cant be changed like they could in the original Random hero namestitles are bad and there are so few that often I will get the same name for 2 or more heroes As in the original heroes have a sex assigned with their class I would prefer random sex assignment for each hero hired with a unique sexspecific animated look and portrait for each class even if its a tall order it would add a lot more diversity and character Rogues rogue guilds cultists with temple to Fervous and spells magic bazaars with potions outposts gambling halls elven lounges gnome heroes embassies monks with temple to Dauros and spells poisonhealing herbs bosses many monster types and lairs temple to Lunord heroes and spells temple to Solaris heroes and spells all are removed Why take out so friggin much Bring some stuff back In conclusion its a good little app if you like the original but be prepared to eat some of the old and new drivel that comes with the game Probably worth the price just dont even bother with the demolike free money pit version if you want the game except to get a taste           Almost Legendary Note Quite
Perfect game for the iPhone this is a complete in depth game that is polished and works very well Because its all based on a bounty system and indirect control of the units theres no need to micromanage and command all the small people which would be a pain on a touchscreen The combination works perfectly here and with all the gameplay of a big budget game Well worth the price Major Gamer                 All there
