My wife and I both have the app and both have trouble logging in It s a supermarket app why do we have to log in every time And when we do it says the info is wrong             Good when you can get it to recognize your log in info Kizardling

Martin s app is overall something I use every time I shop there Some features I like are the digital coupons and the access to my saved recipes Features I do not like are the saved bonus card will not scan at any register I have tried so I still need to carry and use my physical plastic card Also the digital coupons do not always work I choose to buy a product especially the free Friday products based on the fact that I have a digital coupon only to look at my receipt after leaving the store and see that my digital coupons did not come off of my price They are gone from my app so I cannot go to the service desk to show them and get the money back for them Also there is no way to delete coupons I am disinterested in using So I need to scroll through hundreds of coupons to load the ones I want A load or delete button system would be useful to add I have no use of baby products or cat food and never will So I d like to not wade through them every time You can sort by category but sometimes I want to see some coupons in a category but delete others Example I want to see dog food but not cat food Overall I m glad I have the app and use it often                 Overall useful martins shopper

Load coupon to card does nothing no discount is applied upon checkout Store scanners and fuel pump scanners STILL won t read the barcode on your phone years after initial app release Martin s you need to get it together tech wise because otherwise Walmart and Amazon are going to clean your clock     Coupon feature is a scam Vmmmmhmhmm

Since we have to choose which coupons to add rather than have access to all deals automatically with our bonus card we should at least be able to load more than one coupon at a time I would load ALL coupons and then check to see what coupons I have either just before I go shopping or during my trip BUT WAIT That won t work either because even though we have loaded coupons we may not be able to use them They STAY IN THE LOADED COUPONS TAB OF THE APP even AFTER redemption Soooo if I buy a specific item frequently yet I can t remember if I loaded a coupon before or after I last purchased it then it s anyone s guess what my total is going to be at the register And I have no idea when comparing prices which brand is going to be a better deal I MAY or MAY NOT have a coupon that works for one of the brands Ridiculous UPDATE Lowered to one star DONT TRUST THE COUPONS I loaded a 1 50 coupon for one item while in the parking lot completed my entire shopping trip purchased two of the exact items listed on the coupon and received NO credit discount I m glad I checked to see that it was missing The cashier compared the coupon to the items purchased and issued the discount BUT for reasons previously listed I have NO IDEA if I was supposed to receive any more credits on other items It s crap     Annoying Jodik990

The electronic coupon feature can be quite the money saver However after redeeming the coupons that are loaded to the card it isn t removed from your list of available coupons until the expiration date passes Wish it would either delete from the list gray out to indicate the redemption or even allow the user the access to remove redeemed or unwanted coupons that have been loaded to the card Otherwise Nice to see the improvements as the app has evolved                 Electronic coupon suggestion wendeem

I was hoping this app would make it easier than using paper coupons that I receive in the mail but it doesn t really have much to it It was a pain to set up my account it wasn t recognizing my card number then it wouldn t let me use my phone number when I input my info and then it wasn t that useful I deleted the app already because I couldn t see how it was any more beneficial than doing what I already do I get better coupons mailed to me directly from the store and I don t even look at the circular so I definitely don t need the app for that Maybe more improvements will come in the future     Not that helpful Jb0786

App used to be DREADFULLY slow signing in Now it doesn t sign in at all Don t even get the username password prompts to sign in just a white screen with Done in bottom left corner Not an issue with phone as I was able to sign in via full website in same location with safari browser Bad app got worse     Can t even sign in Fred Mason

The app barely worked before the update it took several tries to recognize my card then said my phone number was in use although it wasn t I was able to use the phone number as ID at checkout and it used I think my 5 credit but then never recognized my earned gas credit After the update I can t even sign in I was going to start shopping regularly at Martin s but until this is sorted out I ll stick to a store that can manage its card system     Bad before unusable after update SnowflakeMel

Was excited to try this app out since martins is my primary grocery store Well it wouldn t find my card no matter how I typed the information in So then I tried getting a new card and as soon as I typed my email and phone number it said it was already in use and to call a number I don t feel like I should have to call a number to troubleshoot The app isn t worth that much time Definitely need to make sure it works before you send out a flyer for people to start using this app     Not even worth one star Laurie Gum
