Please fix your app I have been trying to register for days I have deleted and reloaded the app more times then I can count the error I receive is after the registration screen it says error in sending email with a retry option and the email never comes it directs you to the next screen which asks for a pin from the email that never comes frustrating beyond belief and calling Illinois is not helpful     Error message cannot register Hotmommaof2

I just saw this app on the child support website for Illinois I downloaded it entered my name and bam my information popped up I recommend this app if you are like me and hate sitting on hold For the other two who reviewed this app your RIN number is nine digits long and is clearly marked on any mailings that you receive Also your case number does begin with a C and is also referred to as the IV D number on all mailings sent to you                     Kim KimmyK1230

To use this app it asks me for my RIN which I cannot obtain apparently without calling another phone number This app was supposed to keep me from having to call phone numbers and wait on hold It also asks for my case ID but says it should begin with a C My case number doesn t have a C anywhere in it     Useless app MUZIKILL

This is my first app to download to my phone I could easily track the status of my Mod Review at any in real time As my case progressed I received notices that alerted me of a status change What was and is the most amazing features when I had question I requested a call via the app and a specialist contact at the time I requested the call This is a WONDERFUL innovation If you have a case in Cook County IL I strongly recommend you downloading the app or asking their customer service team more about it I have a couple cases in other states where this tool is not available and wish it were Great job IL                     Wonderful App Thanks Child's Parent

In theory this would be a wonderful tool to track a process that has over the past four years been frustrating and maddening The state of IL has lost my modification paperwork more times than I can count sent me requests for more information that I don t receive until after the due date to return the documents and has generally lost me in the system entirely Having an app that tracks the modification process step by step AND allows users to request a call from a specialist seems like a dream sadly it is a dream since I can t get through the registration process The drop down box for the state doesn t well drop down It s a ghost and a ghost that freezes the app altogether Yet another failure on the part of a bureaucracy that has been writing checks its mouth and bank can t cash for the better part of a century     Can t even register a girl can dream yellowbird1973
