This app should be called Lets do paper work and ignore patient care It will literally take you a long long time to fill out this app for each case while ignoring the patient care in the meantime It is very unrealistic for an anesthesia provider to do     DAF ddcrna

This app is the IDEAL tool for its purpose It is extremely well designed The user interface is simple and intuitive and it is fast and easy to use Moreover the IT support is exceptional They are helpful professional and extremely responsive and quick to respond If only ALL apps and companies had support this good No exaggeration Expert IT is only one part the clinical components are thoughtful and are way ahead of the curve in terms of knowing what needs to be documented and tracked Don t underestimate how hard it is to accomplish a quality and clinically correct app like this Clinicians who are not keyed in to WHY this tool is necessary simply don t know what they don t know As for time factors anyone who has used it more than a few times should be able to fill all fields in a couple minutes Also they have been extremely responsive to suggestions and have shown this by modifications For the necessary purpose this app is EXCEPTIONALLY well conceived and designed                     Excellent App and Incredible IT Support mwtx3864

This app is good if you only have one or two cases per day other wise you spend too much of time filling up unnecessary stuff Getting correct CPT code is really a pain that s the job of coders whom I pay should not b mine     Too time consuming Neendh

Sadly would give MD claim a half star if had the option This app is extremely frustrating and time consuming You should not need to be spending more time entering information into MD claim than you spend charting on the anesthesia record Who in anesthesia has the time on a busy day to spend 10 15 min per patient entering data The app is not one bit user friendly It is difficult to find diagnosis codes Much of the information does not apply at all Having to enter everything from no CVP to saying if pt is male or female is ridiculous There are 54 questions to answer per patient not to mention entering diagnosis and procedure codes Each question takes precious time to answer There needs to be a toggle switch for OB so many of the areas will automatically populate to lessen the grueling process A toggle switch would be good for other types of cases such as pain management If you are interrupted midway thru inputting the enormous amount of data and don t hit save it is time to start the entire process again As you scroll through the volumes of information to be entered nothing but frustration results The button to scroll to the next section is too near the information button and so you accidentally open the information area while trying to scroll to the next area When you finally finish entering the data it makes you take pictures of the entire patient anesthesia chart I would recommend this app only if you want to have a bunch of unhappy CRNA s and MDA s CRNA morale and job satisfaction since using MD claim full version has plummeted I could go on and on and on about the problems with this program The lite version was bad enough The full version is simply beyond the most annoying process possible     Review Howse of animals
