I consult for a medical practice who upgraded their version of Medisoft just to use the mobile app Unfortunately they cant use the mobile app because they bought a new iPad which comes with iOS 7 They feel the victims of bait and switch Hopefully an update will come soon Yeah no love for iOS 7 yet

I have the ap on my iPhone but my Medisoft vendor says that the mobile schedule module of the computer program is down has been down for months and will be down for the foreseeable future Looking at different mobile schedule options The other reviews make it clear that Medisoft is not minding the store No central support

Very easy to setup and eliminates paper superbills within medisoft Simple and Easy love it

I can check my schedule and also enter patient charges on my iPhone and they show up in medisoft I found out you have to buy or have medisoft v 18 but found a great deal at medicalbillingsoftware dot com Excellent electronic superbill

This app is usually pretty good though Ive had a lot of trouble with creatingsaving new templates and cant find a way to delete templates but it seriously needs an update for iOS7 My office only has one device that the app will open on right now and that device can barely hold a charge Please update

Weve integrated this with MedisoftOffice Hours on a trial basis It consistently has trouble logging in A Host is Down message appears frequently making it impossible to login There is no support through McKesson or Medisoft They bounce you back to whichever distributor is in your area The distributors are not IT savvymostly just salespeople Once in the app it is difficult to change settings code visits or print things It crashes as well AllInAll this app needs a makeover from a user interface pointofview and major support options besides the youtube videos various forprofit outside sources make Glitchy Cumbersome App

I cant get the app to work It will open and say Medisoft but then it shuts down Im wondering if it is because of the iso 7 update Hopefully itll get figured out wont open

Crashes when scrolling to schedule at end of day then go to a day without pts in the afternoon app would crash Is there no testing of the app update before it is released Better but still not ready for prime time

This ap is very convenient for me and I love it Hopefully you update to the new 71 quicker than you did to 70 The fact that I cant update and still use medipass is very frustrating and not ok If you take as long as last time you got around to updating just a couple mo before apple updated again This lag makes me put one star if you update quicker this time I will up my star rating Slow to update
