I love this set of four beautiful guided meditations They all utilize imagery that I find soothing and Ahnalira s voice is gentle and calming I especially like the 2nd track called Harmonize because it invites the listener to make tones which I find deeply relaxing and grounding                     Beautiful meditations Lobsterinbrazil

These are 4 excellent guided meditations While they could be used simply as guided relaxation I believe they offer an opportunity for much self discovery and healing if used with this intent There is a depth that is offered that makes this possible I think these meditations would be an excellent support for someone who is working to heal a chronic illness or who has a long standing psychological issue If you are expecting an app with a lot of cool features this may not be for you since what it is designed to do is to simply deliver the content However if you consider that a CD set of these same mediations healing sessions would easily cost 60 100 then 10 is an incredible bargain                     well done david berryman
