I am an existing user I renewed my membership by making my payment I see the payment in my online bank account however the app does not proceed It continues to ask for more payment It worked before but now it seems like a complete rip off Can someone please help     Accepted payment but no service

It is a very basic application Search and other features do not work it needs more finishing        Mera gana needs more work

iOS 7 update after more than a year gap for any update No landscape I could not airplay on Apple TV in Landscape mode Search options brings results but you lose your results when you go back to see other results Multidevice access control is understandable but has a bug I had to delete and redownload this App after it froze upon detecting another device Slight issue in Airplay but mostly ok communication Without landscape mode like Taranna App it is difficult to emjoy on big screen        Great collection but App has a long way to go

This app does not load the karaoke songs as it promises Most of the songs are stuck at loading at random percentages and never completely load It then throws the error that there is a network issue My internet is fine and everything else works on the phone Looks like their servers are not robust enough to stream even a single song I am very frustrated I want to get my money back     song servers are not robust enought to stream songs

This is the worst app I have ever paid for I have not been able to download or play a single song This is a scam app How do I cancel and get my money back     Waste of Money

I am writing this review primarily because the other reviews are annoying People are upset at an administrative decision and taking it out on the app No The app is awesome only the billing is poorly designed Its one of my favorites and I havent found anything close to an alternative One request it crashes on iOS5 Can the authors roll out an update                 Great app

This app has a great selection of songs On some songs the visual guide lags the music Adding AirPlay capability will improve the connectivity           AirPlay capability

The background picture really troubles reading the lyrics Sometimes it almost same color which make lyrics almost invisible Hope developers become smart to choose contrast color smartly or keep the background plane without any graphics           Background picture

Good app in technical aspect but needs a lot of improvement in music wish there were original song tracks instead of mediocre orchestra which in some songs is totally out of tune           Great app

I was really excited to find this app and downloaded it immediately as soon as I found out about it But what a disappointment It would not accept my current subscription and asks to purchase a new one I dont think it is fair After all they do have a restriction that you can be logged in to only one computerdevice at a time So why are they asking us for multiple subscriptions They need to change their marketing strategy I will change my rating to 5 stars once I can get in with my existing subscription     What about loyal existing users

Have had this app for a month now Used to work before but not anymore Whether you use search or lists to find songs the app gets stuck once you select a song and nothing uploads or plays Please fix Otherwise youre just charging money for nothing and its a scam        Doesnt work anymore

I have been critical of this app early on Now that I have used it for nearly 8 months I have a better understanding of its strengths and limitations First the negatives 1 They fleece you by making you buy separate subscriptions for the laptop iPad and iPhone 2 They do not offer latest Bollywood songs 3 You cannot download a song 3 Sometime there are scary warnings about the use of this app on more than one device when you are actually using it on one 4 They have terrible customer service You can request a song but they never respond to your request On the positive side I can say that their karaoke library is the best that we can get anywhere I have used this app for several public performances using my iPad account and it has not let me down once Almost everyone tells me that my singing has dramatically improved And for this I give this app lot of credit Overall this is a good product but they need to improve their customer relations There is some justification for charging separately for iOS devices because they dont run on flash their desktop and laptop offering is Flash based but why not allow iOS users to use this app on both iPad and iPhone at the same time My revised rating for this app is 34 stars It could be 5 star if they become more client focused and pay attention to what people are saying              Constrained But Works Well Overall

Meragana website is really superb the subscriptions are worth it I use it regularly However this APP is probably just User interface designed without anything behind it doesnt work at all Moreover it asks you to pay 550 depending on subsc period doesnt do anything after that I chatted with their customer service to only waste my time she kept asking me for same information I gave her in my 1st line of chat I wonder how could Apple let them publish this App when it doesnt work at all I wish to give star in minus 10 stars Waste of time     Doesnt work zero star

Just to try the app I subscribed for 7 days I had three days left and it showed that in my account as well but the app would not load any songs I was cheated out of 3 days The quality of the tracks is not good quality In many tracks the tabla is not tuned properly Although there are many songs available the app is device specific which means if I bought the app I should be able to use it on my iPhone as well as my iPad but they charge again to put it on another device I felt cheated My rating is less than one star and I plan to report this to iTunes at Apple     Biggest scam

I paid 499 through my I tune account to this app to access this app for karaoke but I cant access it Every time I tried like million times and also reset my passwords but again I receive a message saying that you may be connected with your other device and instead letting me log on it asks me to buy subscription again and again 5 bucks but never let me use it so it a big trouble please email me what should I do to make it work I am been trying this since last week so give me the credit for the down time as well Thanks Unsuccessful user                 Down time
