They were not ready for iOS 7 now the app does not work That is inexcusable              It was great until

Works great and nine times out of ten this app will be fully functional Only problem is occasional inability to check funds but this is only a minor and rarely occurring issue              Sleek and efficient

I want ipad and iPod support for mobile deposits Hop to chop chop        Let us non iPhone users deposit checks

Now that Merchants phone banking system is practically unusable and their ATMs only give you YESTERDAYS balance and dont accept half the checks you deposit anymore this app is becoming one of the only ways to get your current bank info If it was freefine still doesnt excuse the recent bogus changesbut to change a monthly fee to use Im looking at changing banks This stinks     Monthly fee is outrageous

This app is great except for the 3 dollar charge a month Absolutely ridiculous not worth it     Why 3

I wish it were free but its a solid app Sort of wish you could edit pending payments instead I have to delete and make a new payment which takes too long              Mobile banking wheneverwherever

This app charges your bank account 300 a month to use When every other bank app is free to use     Charges

I hate having to take a snap shot of my check front back multiple times even when I CAN read it AND I hate that my deposits do not clear or get received and I have NSF charges Go straight to the bank to make your deposit if you want to avoid fees     Not happy

For a steep 3mo fee just for the privilege of using this app I would have expected it to be able to do mobile deposits What is the fee for Other banks offer everything in this app plus mobile deposits for free Shop around folks     No mobile check deposit

This app is great Its very simple and easy to use My only quips is it does not yet support Touch ID this would make checking my balance a breeze and its UI is a little outdated However for a local bank Its pretty good Look forward to its future though if Merchants Bank takes an interest in its application           Great App But

Transferring money between accounts is a bit confusing I dont like having to drag the proper account to the proper space to transfer Also it only tells you how much money is in the account you want to transfer and not the account number so that is confusing Mostly the app is fine it could just use some fixes in a few places to make it easier to use           Pretty good

Unbeknownst to me probably my own fault for not reading the fine print there is a 300 fee to use this app if you have the free checking for life account I didnt know about it until today when I logged in to see what my account looked like and saw a mobile banking debit I understand that theres a notice in the App Store details but there really should be a warning in the app itself when you log in Weve been talking about changing banks for a while now mostly because the actual website is a NIGHTMARE to use hence the speedy download I did of the app This was the last straw though Were done with this bank     Hidden Fee

Apparently asking for service from this bank constitutes badgering I was told I was badgering the manager after waiting 5 days for an answer WORST BANK WORST SERVICE EVER     The app works fine the bank is the worst ever

I have been very satisfied with the MBVT app and have been using it for over a year I dont think it has ever crashed and I really appreciate being able to pay bills and access account info on the go It is a nice compliment to the web access I too look forward to the ability to do mobile deposits that some financial institutions provide and would really like the monthly fee to be dropped without having to upgrade my account              Merchants Bank App Provides Consistency Access
