When I first downloaded this app I thought wow I can just book a cab wherever I am but this app proved me wrong in every way possible 1 booking a cab is very easy but getting this app to open is very difficult 2 If some have u booked a cab u still get a call from cabbie asking where to pick up I thought the whole point of booking thru app is GPS location 3 Even if u managed to give every detail of address include landmarks etc u still will get at least 10 calls from cabbie confirming the location 4 and finally the cabbie never shows up Still going to use this app Well good luck with that I for one will never use meru again     Worst app and worst service Kotha

Booked a cab with great difficulty Driver said he has reached pick up point but was no where to be found On dialing driver s no he said dial customer desk Customer desk after transferring calls through desks booked a new cab 1 hr after intended time but it never showed up I finally had to drop my travel plans Thank god I was not going to catch flight or train After almost 1 hr worth of chasing after customer service second cab not showing and the non existent cab ride of first one deducting Rs 189 this customer prove to be not even worth of a callback Can anyone suggest a marketing tag line for this cab service                     Fraud cabs Satishbaral

Used to be quick to book a cab from home to airport as my home location was stored New app makes me wait until the Meru Now loads and shows me again there are no cabs nearby you re not uber and then makes me select the area where I want to book the cab from through weird menus Used to be I hit one button and done Unfortunate         App keeps getting less useful Cbales11

I thought I kinda liked this app at first but I ve now deleted it and am sticking to Meru s reliable phone service In no way whatsoever does this App save you any time So many times it tells me that it can t find a cab so I can t complete my booking yet when I call I m immediately able to do so The app also changes my addresses and there are many areas in Delhi it doesn t recognize In a word this app needs a serious overhaul     Needs to add more area names Jubei747

It works in a pinch But sometimes even over wifi their server is slow as evident by the spinning Maru logo and although I cancel a booking sometimes the message doesn t reach the cab driver and I have to go online and cancel the booking again Also I much prefer Uber s model of charging me per ride rather than Meru s model of maintaining a wallet where I keep money in an account Maintaining a wallet is extra work Just charge my card or Meru keep an inventory of charges This wallet model is extra work Riding Maru has been fine and without problems I wish their servers responded faster             Nice to have but network slow LancerKind
