Well this app was working fine now after the update stalls trying to open Using an IPad 2 but not using the OS 8 Failed update
But wheres the CMax option I just bought an Energi but its not an option Given that youre promoting this car all over the place thats kind of strange Its mostly accurate
I just updated to 37e and this version does not launch I deleted it from my iPad then reinstalled and the same behavior Looks like it will need another update Too bad this version has broken this otherwise great app The Report a Problem link goes to Fords Sync support site where there is no direct way to contact them regarding the apps performance I hope they read the review and take action soon Now it doesnt launch
Upgraded and now it doesnt get passed the opening screen Latest release wont run
It doesnt even load It just sits there on the load screen and does nothing What a waste It doesnt even load

Latest version was not ever tested to make sure it worked Will not load the application as it stalls on the loading splash screen I have tried rebooting my iPhone 6 as well as my iPad Air also I have deleted the app and reinstalled it nothing corrects the problem Who is in charge of this app Terrible Update

As stated in previous reviews this app wont launch on my IPAD or my IPhone5 Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it several times Does anyone test this stuff before rolling it out to your customers This is an improved update
Fix it and I just bought explorer Ford my touch
After this update the app gets stuck at the splash screen Wont Load
Before using the app you need to configure it for your specific vehicle but they dont have the Expedition as an option Way to go Ford You are making me regret the purchase of my new Expedition before I have even picked it up No support for Expedition
There r a lot of great features on Fords MyFord Touch system And this app taught me everything I need 2 know about the MyFord Touch system in the Ford that Im getting soon Great app

I love this MyTouch Ford Guide its a great tutorial Ive learned more from watching the tutorials then reading the guide book Excellent
The previous version worked perfectly on my iPhone 6 however this new version stalls every time I start the app I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it and it still doesnt work Stalls at Launch

Nothing explains it better than this app I was able to learn and practice with my ford touch while watching it on my iPad simultaneously I wish every instructions were like this Best App to understand my ford touch

Im still getting used to it Im still learning all of the things it does for me But Im checking the manual often for either checking myself or something that I havent used So far love everything on my Ford 2014 Escape Titanium model it was a complete total surprise from my husband Still in shock hes just not one for a little surprise but this blew my mind still does Looking forward to my first Real road trip cant decide yet Butstill have my Mustang attached to it I enjoy as always driving it Would be nice to be able to sync the twoas their was another mention on it Ford sync apps

I was hoping this app would let me understand and use the features in my 2013 Ford Mustang I just bought used Not only is it totally useless its more confusing that the owners manual That takes a lot of doing It isnt even close to what is available in my Mustangs equipment and options This has so much potential but went South quickly when it started talking about SD cards What is the point

I work at a Ford Dealership and teach the SYNC and MyFord Touch classes This app will now become a part of my class and I will pass it along to my new vehicle owners to help them learn and get the most out of their new vehicles As I tell everyone that comes to my class Use It and two things will happen You will become more familiar with the system and the voice recognition system will get better at understanding your voice The MyFord Touch system recognizes over 10000 voice commands allowing you the driver to keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road I have been waiting for this
This update is absolutely horrible It will not launch A waste of time Awesome job FordNOT Do not install
