Miami-Dade Transit Tracker

I love it Its my life tracker I just cant find the trolls section to track it                 Great app

The bus was 1 minute away for over 25 minutes The tracking info other buses we tracked were also false This app is a great representation of the Miami transit system a hot mess     Inaccurate

Ive been taking the bus for 10 years and when I hear about this app I actually downloaded the app and gave it a try When I seen the times bus suppose I founded cool but come to find out bus will usually come 20 minutes late or sometimes will be there before the time the app was giving After calling customer service and asking them about the app is really an estimate time that the bus suppose to come So that being said people please dont have your hopes high for this app     Not Accurate It just an estimated time ladies and gentleman

Great startup App However It would be nice for this app to be able to manage accounts Such as Add a card upkeepmaintain accounts edit reload and automatic topup to each MiamiDade Transit Cards account           App Features Request

This app is not necessary at all since its never right anyways     Horrible just like the transportation sustem

The app is very useful regarding the schedules of the buses Its easy to find your bus and the stop where you are thanks to the favorites feature It also locates the nearest stop So far so good Now theyve added the Transit Store which lets you load your EASYCard through the app It sounds great but I couldnt even finish the transaction After 5 minutes a tapping here and there it led me to the review page but it didnt fit on my screen and it wouldnt let me scroll to find and tap the Continue button Fix that and you got 5 stars           Great for checking times awful for loading an easycard

For an application that is supposed to allow you to find locations quickly it doesnt permit you to GPS the nearest metro station or bus bench from a vehicle or if you are walking etc        Poor gps

Add the ability to pay with the app A lot of business let you scan your phone for payment instead of having to carry a bunch of plastic cards           Needs more features

The app is great however the buses tend to be out of service particularly the lower income routes Im sure Aventura and the Beach get their buses on time So the app basically tells the tax payers what could have been had the bus shown up I have addressed issues with the County the Transit Director and Mayor Gimenezs office Ive hit a brick wall Service continues to be operated worse than a third world country The voters have more power than they realize to send a loud message Election Day for Miami Dade November 8 2016 which is a presidential election year with a large turn out expected Dont forget your bus service experience when u cast your vote for Mayor I know I wont     App excellent buses horrible

The trip planner uses a Google beta which though convoluted is probably the reason this paltry excuse for an app barely remained operational STILL stuck in the dark ages of iOS 6 with the impending release of iOS 8 in October is just standard operating procedure for the county What about iOS 7 do you ask Well see thats what everyone else has been using and what youll still be stuck with until iOS 9 comes out because the monies generated from this app go into the IT managements discretionary fund as opposed to actual development So stick whatever youve been using until now IPhone 5 users or get the Google Maps app instead because it provides the same information here IN REAL TIME AT ALL TIMES without a trip planner too download that instead so you can at least have something that actually WORKS on your iPhone 5 and 6 when its released The County decided to discontinue sending its users the bag of breadcrumbs that comes with this app though so beware     MEDIOCRE MIAMIDADE APP

Bus arrival times are not real times The app misleadingly implies they are This is a cruel joke on bus riders Plain and simply deceptive     Misleaing the public re bus arrival times

I love how their contact number is always available and theres always someone on the other and willing to give me direction                 Not bad

As far as the metromover and metrorail is concerned is fairly accurate Now as far as the bus is totally useless I missed so many buses going by the app The app would say 5 mins for the bus to arrive and as I was arriving to the stop the bus would be driving by This happened constantly Other than that the app is ok        Needs more accuracy

The app works just fine it is easy to navigate and very powerful But the bus schedule is just an estimate the service is very unreliable           Good app bad service

Good use for Metrorail because of GPS and increased frequency of trains Horrible for Metrobus because its unreliable If there was more train lines and service South Florida would be world class but this is severely lacking and transport to the Beach from the airport is a nightmare     Good for rail bad for bus

I have been taking the bus 1 to Aventura Mall and I dont know if its the bus driver or this app but Ive been waiting for buses at this apps given schedules and regardless I get late to work Right now for example Im waiting for the bus yet once again and I came 40 minutes early And the bus suppose to pass at 257 pm And guess what Im going to be late to work again     Dont rely on this apps bus schedule

The busses are never on time the app gives the wrong info app is just a bit disorganized        Horable

Tracker doesnt know where busses are it just shows MDT schedules And MDT ignores there schedules so the tracker is useless The Trip Planner routinely assumes addresses are in another state unless u know the Zip code I just tried to start at 115th St 9th Ct and the app assumed I was starting near MINNEAPOLIS MN        Tracker doesnt track Trip Planner is a joke

I just started to use this application I found it really helpful and accuracy of information is good Trip planner could use some improvement                 Great app

This app needs some major work You cant load the cards so what good is it on the go Nothing fits correctly on the screen correctly you cant scroll down you cant minimize shrink the screen so that you can hit the accept button or even read everything on the screen This app is horrible Dont waste your time downloading it until its fixed     Doesnt work

The app is one of the most useful apps I have I just starting using MiamiDade Transit 3 days ago because of a new position down town and it has been very useful However I have noticed that the transit system needs a app of their own to fix the problems with the Metro Mover There seems to be a problem with this means of transportation every other day I can still work around these metro mover issues but if anything like this happens with the MetroRail it will be a big problem but so far so good Keep up the good App              Awesome App
