I cannot type my password This app is having problems already     Michigan first mobile

Love the update                 Great app

The update is a fail You can no longer see what company the transactions were paid to and you cant see any pending charges Also the history of check deposits by phone was great and has now disappeared Sadly we also have no idea how long the checks are held with this system Lastly the app doesnt remember your login which wouldnt bother me had I not clicked remember me every time I love my bank but this upgrade was halfbaked     Needs polishing

I would have gave the app a 5 but since April it hasnt been working and I shouldnt have to go to the website to transfer money over and with the app if I keep trying to sign in it locks me out I called and the lady told me to delete the app and relaunch it I did it work for a couple of weeks now its doing the same thing Please fix this its very frustrating And seeing what transaction is pending would be very nice     Its not working

The app will not allow me to log in     Please fix

I cant transfer any money from account to an account when I hit submit or save it doesnt do anything nor cancel this is on my iPad it does work on my phone     App has flaws

The iPad version only works in portrait mode If you launch the app in landscape you cant login The iPhone version saves my password and displays it as a suggestion as you type This is an unacceptable security hole        Serious flaws

All I want is be able to sign in with the finger print scanner Please do that feature then its 5 stars to me           All I want is

Why can I only deposit 1000 at a time This app is useless if you are serious about remote banking     Terrible

Michigan First should be ashamed at themselves for this rediculous upgrade which should be called a DOWNgrade I have been with you since 1993 and Im thinking I need to change banks I have never left a review before but decided to now because when you mess with how people can access their money When you lose access We have a problem I can not transfer money between different account Suffixes and different accounts Why is this such a hassle Get it together Michigan 1st or I will be taking my accounts elsewhere Genysis Credit Union is right by my house yet I continue to bank with you You better get it together     Aweful Upgrade

Used to work perfectly With the last update am no longer able to see the password block while typing and it refuses to accept any input there How are we supposed to log in Iphone 4S here     Used to be great

I used to be able to see what was due on my loan what was paid to the principal and interest why take that away I also used to sign out and be able to sign in with my username remembered its an inconvenience Try adding a swipe password like other financial apps How about knowing your balance beforeafter transactions It could be much better     It could be so much better

WHO TESTED THIS APP Still cant see pending transactions Most of my transaction say no description Gotta go online to see what they actually are App crashes during transfers Do like that I can transfer within other MFCU accounts tho     MFCU update

I have never seen an app work like this You guys have done a fantastic job Not only the quickest and simplest in banking but any other app I have ever used                 Nothing like it

This banking app used to be my favorite Rated the app upgrade 1 star because of the problems I use the iPhone 4s and have experienced the following Log in has become cumbersome the quick access feature to multiple accounts by scrolling to the particular account and entering only the password to open is gone probably for increased security Now I must enter username password and security question Not much different than the main website except for large screen format Scrolling is not smooth sometimes will not easily move up or down Transferring money to different accounts is not possible When in the transfer screen app freezes These are the problems Im experiencing at this time Havent tried to use any other features because of freezing Ive not upgraded my IOS The app upgrade advertised on their website stated it could be used on any iPhone IOS 4 and up Please fix the app or I might as well delete it and go back to using the main website on the phone     Update Has Problems

Absolutely no functionality Cannot even sign in This was a decent app until recently Very close to deleting     Has not worked for weeks

Updated the app is easy to use now that the complete account view is available including payments for overdrafts and credit cards One problem App freezes when making cc payments Recommend in app notifications and including interest charges within total payment amount Updated better but still has much needed work Transfers should allow ccloan accounts as well Payments would be much more efficient Bill pay is challengingcrashes often on the app Although I was very excited to see the transformative work toward mobile banking Im a bit disappointed Chase has a better product but awful banking reputation Logout feature is needed Bill Pay quirks errors timing out or server access are frequent When you get it to work the pay date defaults to the date payment should arrive at the payee rather than processing date So be careful User does not have a choice on this system but user has a choice online System is still very elementary Looking forward to the next version Until then Ill default to the online system rather than the app           Getting Better

This is an upgrade You cant even use the same features as before I hate new systems dont function for the user Great Michigan First you get sold on the product but dont test user friendliness        Not loving it

Only thing that I was truly looking forward to was being able to see pending transactions Now that its possible to see that Great However the new app is horrible cant transfer money the screen is so bugged out when I tap on Amount it switches the account Im transferring tofrom doesnt work at all Pretty annoying having to enter my full account information every time I use the app as well     Buggy upgrade

I am still unable to use this app on my iPad and I am unable to use on my iPhone It constantly locks me out     Horrible Update

Ive tried deleting the app numerous times to see if its a software issue with my phone no its just the punk app that wont let me type my password in the field Shouldve left the old app At least it worked     App is horrible for iphone

Im unable to log in because the app refuses to accept my pw which I know Im typing in correctly because the regular website log me in as per usual     Bugged App

I like there is now a way to find the routing numberI can never remember it and dont want to write it down nor do I wanna call every time I need it But Touch ID would be nice all my other financial apps have integrated that feature           Just OK

App needs work We cant see the pending transactions like you can when you login on the computer Also when will you get Fingerprint TouchID or pin login on the IPhone Plus I wish it had more features like current rates incoming ACH and more options with bill pay such as modifying a payment on this app              Michigan First

This version crashes does not log out when the app is backgroundedsecurity issue but the worst issue of all is that the ATM list is outdated I went to 3 different addresses that did NOT have an ATM that were listed in the app as having an ATM One of the nonexistent ATMs was even listed as being a Michigan First ATM     This upgrade was a downgrade

I love the update Finally you can see the holds from your POS transaction and pending payroll Thank You Thank You Thank You Now can you please fix where you can choose transfer member to member either checking or savings Great Job Michigan 1st                 Great App

My favorite smartphone feature was the ability to deposit checks This no longer works Very disappointed and looking forward to an update     Cant deposit check

I put in my username and password and it says the information is incorrect I do the same thing on the internet and I log in just fine Why doesnt the app work anymore Im getting ready to delete it     Cant log in

Very glad I can view my credit card on my iPhone now Wonderful                 I love the design

I love the app I truly do but is it possible you can add push notifications I would like for every time I swipe my card or any other transactions that itll notify me right then and there Thanks                 Push Notifications

My direct deposit was in my checking account at exactly 12midnight when I needed it which was excellent just wish I could check it on my mobile app about the pending electronic transactions that would be great              Direct deposit
