Would like to see a feature that displays notifications I have the function enabled on my iPhone but the app does not alert me          Pretty good but would like to see
I love the fact that I can stay connected to my team while away but it seems more focus was placed on the Lync 2013 ios version A lot of people would agree that not all businesses will upgrade from 2010 to 2013 right away some cases 2015 can come out and businesses will still be using 2010 My point is that this app will not sync with the desktop version I should be able to leave my desk open my app and continue my conversations No notifications and if I get one its usually while Im using the desktop version Also there is no support for iphone 5 though it seems to work on iphone 5 its limited since there has been no updates Microsoft is used a lot for businesses and for them to be slacking like this is unacceptable get on the ball Microsoft    Love it but hate it
We need compatibility screen resolution with iPhone 566s So we also know that a lot IT didnt update the lync server from 2010 to 2013    I like but
Microsoft hasnt even bothered to update this app to fit the dimensions of the iPhone 55s This app is terrible hence why I use Apple for my personal computer and software    Horrible
This is not optimised for iPhone 5 It still shows same size as of iPhone 4Another problem is too many bugs like name n status doesnt update as always          Good but not perfect
TeamThe Lync app is smaller than the screen in iPhone 5 5s and 5cCheersHaider Al Kindi       Needs an update for iPhone 5
Cmmon guys update this app It still is in iOS 6 era and not optimized for any phone after iPhone 4SWorks good extremely helpful But GUI needs an update       Needs an update badly
Simple and it works Not sure why theres such a low rating You just have to get necessary information from your company to connect                Works
When working its a great app to stay connected to work colleagues but too often has trouble logging in Message about cant connect cause server may be down gets old    Unstable
Hey Microsoft this is a major FAIL Take a look at the ratings for this product and please put some resources behind this so it actually works Right not this is worse than betaIssues include I can send msg but then cannot receive any messages Defeats the whole purpose of having a enterprise messaging appNo notifications Are I kiddingupdate screen size Hello iPhone 5 has been out for how long now    Full of bugs useless
Microsoft would do well to update their apps every now and then The app doesnt support native screens on the iPhone 5 let alone the 6 or 6 Plus    Dreadful
I admit I am a fatfingerer but this app is the worst for that I find myself accidentally hitting the send button when I had intended to delete text       Send and Delete keys too close
Its doesnt work    Horrible
Serious App update is required for Lync 2010 As our organization is still using 2010 architecture and this app is outdated to fulfill the purpose on newer iPhones and iOS releases    App Update Required
At least update the app to support iOS 7    Terrible
Not forward compatible with Lync 2013 and visaversaCant log in anymore tells me my password or account is invalid works fine from my PC    Broken
Needs push notifications for instant messages Without them the app is pointless    Needs push notifications
Please update for iOS 8Not all large companies update their enterprise systems so quickly At least update the screen size for newer iPhones       Please update for ios8
UPDATE If youre having issues with this app force closing after you upgraded your firmware to iOS 8 all you have to do is delete the app and reinstall it This worked for me and I have an iPhone 6 with 802 This app did work well prior to the release of iOS 8 Once you update your phones OS the app wont even open The developers for this app havent issued an update to their app since April 2013 so I doubt they still support this appwill be releasing an update to make this compatible with iOS 8          App does work with iOS 8
Does the job worth downloading if this is what you use at work They need to update it to fit larger screens though       Not bad please make fullscreen on IOS7
Once my phone locks and messages come up you will never find out what they said unless you ask them to send it again and keep your phone activeIt could be a great app but right now its not worth the light of day    No good
Many organizations still use Lync Server 2010 and will not upgrade to 2013 for some time Therefore Microsoft should consider maintaining support for this version of Lync as the 2013 client version does not support Lync Server 2010 This app absolutely needs the notification and synchronization bugs fixed Also compatibility for the iPhone 66 screen size would be appreciated    Poor support
Great app Very easy to understand and useDavid Lorea Farrington                Great app Very easy to understand and use
The app does the job but lacks support for the big screens of iPhone 5 and newer As a result you cant see the conversation because the keyboard takes up all the space The GUI is poor no push notifications like every other app Poor presentation but allows communicating with colleagues Therefore its borderline ok    Borderline OK
Its been a year plus since iPhone 5 was introduced and I just cant believe this freaky 35inch app is still leaving me all the black margin not to mention the lack of details in its build    Horrible
Its weird that it still doesnt support iPhone 5 its more than 1 and half year    Needs iPhone5 support
This app exists for one purpose to sell upgrades to Lync 2013 Its going to work for my organization And thats a shame       Caution Abandonware
Many companies including my own are not upgrading to 2013 because it gives MSFT our employee credentials in the cloud So we are still stuck with 2010It needs to be updated if you have this many users still on it period Its still iPhone 4 size for Christ sake    Garbage
This app is simple and while I would like more functionality I havent had any issues using it with my company It would be nice if they bundled Lync 2010 compatibility into 2013 and kept it up to date Those of use whos companies only support 2010 are stuck on this old version             Works fine for me
Never signs in correctly    Doesnt work
While I like having access to reach out to my team while away I dont like that a message will pop up in my notifications then not show in the actual message They become ghosts       Wheres the message
It crashes a lot Issues in connecting Screen render issue    Worst app
Well I appreciate that MS has a lync app for iphone but dont expect it to be good enough for business Most of the time I receive notifications of a message but its not in the Lync app I have missed countless messages So sorry I was on mobile can you resend becomes the norm Most of the time I get an annoying server error but its still working If you are logged into pc and mobile app Well Good luck to you If you need something stable try google hangouts Otherwise you can waste time chasing messages from people       Kinda works Mostly crap
Needs support for ios 7       Ios 7 support need
Great for my conference call Love it                A
The app ia not optmized for the screen size of iPhone5 and does not have the iOS7 UI Also needs an updated icon My company paid for the office Lync Server so i think we deserve more from MicrosoftPlease update the app Thank you    Needs updates
App is a bit slow but acceptable What is in bad need of improving is the font size which is about a 34 point size No adjustment is possible so you are stuck at this size          Works but tiny font
Lync 2013 looks nice but not all organizations are running 2013 servers This version has not been updated since last year and does not sync conversations with the server If you dont tap the notification when a message comes in youre SOL with that conversation You have to annoy the sender and start a new conversation to respond Cmon Microsoft    When is the next update
Needs iPhone5sc support Shouldnt be an issue for such a big companyEasy 5 stars if that is taken care off       Great tool but
Totally unusable One of the worst apps ever Incredibly unstable    Used to work now is unusable
Gets stuck in logging in but never logs in Big databattery drain    No worky
Barely functional Unreliable in every way And there is no other viable option Zero stars Microsoft Apple forced me to give you at least one    Junk Without another option
The notification bug is so annoying and makes the whole app rather useless    Notification bug
If you are depending on this as a reliable means of communication I would not It not very efficient and there does not seem to be a way to configure notifications to let you know you hav a new message Much more development needed to make this worthwhile It would seem you hav to have the app open in order to know you have a message and your desktop version needs to be closed in order to receive on your phone       Not very functional
Called a few numbers from abroad thinking I was actually using Lync after all I was in the app Found out later when I got my phone bill that it placed the calls direct And I got a hefty billNo warning nothing MS garbagerant    Watch out for this
I think this app has a great potential if its written better ie Not sure if they are not fixing this because its the 2010 version But sure acts weird on the go       Bad Product
Only has worked once in a week Good job Microsoft    Yep Microsoft at its Best
Come on Microsoft its been plenty of time after the introduction of the iPhone 5 and subsequent models and the graphics are prehistoric not retina adapted and screen size is not being adapted to 4 screens as wellI know theres the 2013 version but when you are set to use this one youre screwed    No iPhone 55c5s screen nor Retina graphics
Notifications show up on lock screen but not in the actual appConversations do not carry over to your desktop    Needs overhaul
I get a notification of a message but then the message disappaers from the app I dont see it in chats or missed conversations Please fix this bug    Message disapparing
