MIDI Touch for iPhone

This app is even more dependable than the midi mobilizer Way easier to connect to wifi than touchosc I just wish there was a template community though making your own is a snap Still itd be nice to see what others are coming up with                 Perfect

Wow This app is amazing I just about never write reviews but this is exactly what Id been looking for and just didnt know it I downloaded it today and have been setting up a custom control scheme for Omnisphere Its incredibly simple intuitive and has worked flawlessly for me so far Looking forward to setting up some of my other plugins with MIDI Touch This makes me want an iPad real bad although it works great on iPhone Keep up the great work                 Perfect

I needed a controller software for my iPhone that was easy to customize ON THE iPHONE This is it I use it primarily with Ableton Live for now Custom interfaces rule                 Brilliant Easy to set up

This thing is awesome and is very dependable in missioncritical situations Learning curve is very low speaking as someone just getting into MIDI Works great with Ableton Live 82                 Works brilliantly with Ableton Live

I have been using the iPad version of this application since its release and love it I use it primarily as a secondary controller for Traktor Pro ie for effects etc though I have recently started using it as a control surface for Logic I bought the iPhone version to use for some additional additional control functions in Traktor as well as to take advantage of the accelerometer as a control iPad version has that feature but the iPads size and bulk make using that feature impractical for my purposes I love the new features in this iPhone version which have not made it to the iPad yet Specifically the ability to set a control to return to a default value usefully for effects and filters and the labeling feature are awesome Cannot wait to see these in the iPad version If you have both an iPad and an iPhone I suggest the iPad version first by virtue of the sheer size of the iPad gives you much more real estate to work with If you only have an iPhone then this package is well worth it TouchOSC is another option that has some advantages as far as the flexibility of the controls but it requires that you use a separate desktop program to design and transfer your custom design to the device The ability to design a control on the device itself is a huge advantage TouchOSC also requires that your computer have a program that will convert OSC to MIDI This makes it less user friendly for those who may not be familiar with the technology especially on a windows PC I recently switched over to using a Mac from a windows computer and this program works flawlessly with the built in MIDI capabilities of the Mac Very low latency and extremely easy setup The new features included in this iPhone version make it even more DJfriendly and less a pure DAW control device I am looking forward to those features being included w the next iPad update and looking forward to new features that further enhance this already powerful tool                 Really cool

Cant even begin to figure out how to set it up TouchOsC is cheaper and theres instructional videos for them Ill never use this until I figure out how to set it up on my iPhone4s with Logic 9 on my MacBook Pro Any help would be great Im sure its worth the 999 but as of now its a waste     Setup Support

The website says I needed a download called LoopBe to install internal MIDI ports Can someone please tell me how to make this work within Ableton Live 801 Thus far it simply isnt working I know it has to be something simplein PreferencesMIDI I see the internal inputsoutputs listed but Im not getting any control           Connecting w iphone4 via WiFi

Its an awesome app but no sound comes out of whatever I play              No sound

Never thought Id be able to use the iPod in reverse but this is great from everything to getting a tricky beat to controlling LFOs in your synth Just getting into the app so Im still learning it                 A must if you have a supported midi connector

Midi works great with DSMidiWiFi Its so easy to create controls on the iPod I mostly use relative values so the option to have a control return to default value is so handy I only wish it worked on the xy pad also so it works more like a joystick Thats my 1 star deduction otherwise it is perfect for my needs              Very useful
