Midnight Castle - A Hidden Object Mystery Game

Since the 917 updateevery scene moves slowly objects sluggish to disappear Not impressed with Trina at all or the room Used to spend hours playing game now Im good if I stay with it more than 15 minutes Seems were all stuck at some level waiting for Lord Chamberlain        Sluggish

Big Fish has just transferred my level coins diamonds etc from my old iPad to my new iPad Apparently if you change devices like I did from my old iPad to a new iPad the user ID doesnt transfer automatically You cant play the same game on two different devices Big Fish has resolved the problem Love the game especially enjoy the Midnight Castle iPad Users Group Thank you Big Fish Customer Service The comments below described what happened when I got my new iPad and opened my game on Midnight Castle I have lost my ID number coins collections pets Diamonds achievements levels and friends after opening Midnight Castle on my new iPad So far Big Fish has not restored my lost ID and gamelevel and achievements even after repeatedly emailing them with screen shots of my original profile and the new profile I am very disappointed and frustrated              Lost ID coins diamonds pets friends back to level 1

Ever since like most current update my game is frozen and I havent been able to play Please fix it soon     Hate the update

I too am having the issue that Im stuck in the new room and cant do anything     Stuck in new room

Since I downloaded newest upgrade the app does not work I really hate it is not working because it is one of my favorite games Please fix it           New download

Like the game but it freezes andor crashes constantly Yesterday I was able to do one room close game to save it then go back Today crashes as soon as it opens           New updateconstant crashes

Fun while it lasted but I have been stuck at level 65 for weeks They keep saying the next level will open after the next update except there was an update and the level did not open Besides this the game frequently crashes throwing me out and then forgetting recent points and achievements Frustrating to win 2 out of 3 at dice then starting over to get 0 out of 3 It seems that each update makes it more liable to crash They need to fix these problems to get back into the fun zone instead of the frustration zone        More bugs than rewards

I have been playing this game a lot since I broke my arm in February it keeps having Update issues and you can get nowhere in a long time           What the heck

First off I enjoy this game although I hate how little coins you can earn when you constantly have to do the same rooms over and over again Now for this latest update I have another opinion its awful I have been trying since I did the update several hours ago to play and it seems that now that I have gotten into that new room where you earn crystals my game dont work anymore I cant even get out of the toon I know it has to be something with the game because all my other apps work just fine Please fix cause I would love to see what the new update is all about     Latest update not good

Really love the game but Im struck on level 65 and cant complete the quest because the lord chamber land can not be accessed it said it will be available after I update Just updated with the new upgrade but it didnt update lord chamber land Please help would love to continue thru the quests              Help need update

This is THE BEST hidden object game Ive come across No stupid story line but logical progression depth Beautiful graphics that have fascinating morphing as you progress Honestly theres no issues that arent addressed quickly The only suggestion is to increase the size of coins gems that are earned AND purchased I play this for hoursday This is the only type of HO that I have The others drive me crazy Do yourself a favor give this time to show you how amazing it continues to be The more you play the more it evolves Its a perfect 10 in my book WTG whoever came up with this one                 This is FABULOUS

Finally get to play without having to reinstall this game over and over It is fantastic and I love playing it Thanks so much for fixing the issues                 Have to remove and reinstall

I used to love this game But it takes FOREVER to complete tasks You win 10 50 coins and need THOUSANDS to complete a task To compound that you need multiples of items from the same scene to complete several tasks and you can only access that scene 1 x per hour Its just not fun anymore Please fix        Game has become boring

Since the most recent update I accessed Trina and now everything is locked     Cannot Access Game

I wish the updates were more meaningful to advance the game In case you lost atria she can be accessed at Castle Gates scene enter under the key sign Need to be at level 6 to gain access to Trina Seems like Trina has her own quests to gain keys Just to open new things in your room           Trina and the room just a distraction to pass time

Ive been playing for MONTHS and have yet to reach another world opening How many darn quests do you have to accomplish Too many glitches with no rewarding satisfaction NOW the game is telling me to update yet it wont update           Ridiculously Redundant

If youre thinking about downloading this game skip it Current version buggy crashes a lot Graphics may be beautiful and the game may be fun in the beginning but be prepared for a lot of frustration or spending a lot of money down the road Tech support apparently nonexistent as my email inquiry about all the crashes with this version was met with an automated response which advised not to reply as it would not be answered and links for generic help none of which were actually helpful Not a company that deserves my business Just saying Too many other fun games out there to explore     Forget This Game

Have been stuck on level 48 and no help no on the web sight Spent and I wont get fixed Web only says uninstall game Oh and lose 48 pages of stuff Bad game dont play Last update only wants more money it did not fix the issues that people are having with being stuck on their levels     Stupid rip off

I dont know if this is happening because of the new update or its a bug but I have lost my pets coins jewels the ability to enter my room I am now at level one again Please restore my level and everything else that Ive lost I really enjoy playing this game but I cant do that any more Please fix soon                 Please fix

I have honestly played this game for years and have attempted to put it down several times because of the AMOUNT OF TIME it takes to complete quests as you progress in the game I agree with so many other commentsthe amount of coins to buy NEW areas is ridiculous If I had hours in a day to completesure But like most I dont Beautiful graphics Interesting conceptbut seriouslyNO ONE PLAYS 247 And your game almost requires that to progress           Time sucker

I am so disappointed that the update requires iOS 7 I play on a very old iPad and cant upgrade my iOS Now I cant even get into my old game and continue to play what was still available     Really disappointed

Since the latest update I get thrown out after visiting the rooms of friends in search of butterflies to get more shards As directed by tech I have shut down all other apps but the issue continues Especially frustrating when lose shards and everything else Ive earned Does anyone have a strategy for obtaining shards Currently as soon as tap the butterflies in my room and in Johns room I close out the game completely then return and do it again     Latest updateobtaining shards

Can anyone tell me if you had pass level 65 I have been playing this level since late summer I got a update but I am not moving forwardlord chamblion is still saying wait till the next update I will not buy anymore coin or diamonds Until this update is good and I can move on will someone let me know Im f they are pass 65 level Is there a phone number to this gamethankyou This game is not worth it now at level 63 you still keep playing level 63 for weeks I have been have some problems since level 43 you lose things you find and time You can tap on the item they are calling for you can tap for 68 seconds befor it picks up and you will lose that time on the clock I liked this game it was great until now I will not spend anymore money on this game until they fix it And they should refund the money you had spend not all of it but some now I am at level 65 lose items dog food had to replay games I just did now at level65 I can not earn anymore time for the next update do not waste your time on this game or money I will not play until the next update if everyone stop playing maybe they will do an update Ian now stuck on level 65 for 2months now still waiting for the next update does anyone know hoe to contact theses people     Catherine

I was very delighted and surprised to see their was a new update to this game I love the concept of having my own new room to decorate and I liked the little updates to the coffin and fairy hidden object scenes No glitches that I have noticed so far yay                 Love the update

Love this gamebut the new update is not that greatthe concept it good but you cant get the golden keys because you cant find the magic shards without the keys you cannot open the areas of your own roomplease dont always make it so hard to find these new items           Lou

Ive played this game for over a year and really love it but lately its become very frustrating because it keeps throwing me out of the game and losing the items I already collected Ive done everything that was suggested to optimize the game but nothing has helped so i assume the problem is with the code Please fix        Fix bugs

The game will I have been waiting a 212 month for the next up date And the game is getting slower and boring to play if and has bugs still when it kicks you out 5 times you just stop playing it for days Can you update the game sooner and fix the bugs in it Why should I buy into the game I have been in 65 for 6 months you do not keep up with the game I have bought gems and still nothing           Bugs in game

Seriously addictive game play Best hidden object game I have played in a long time You should take the time to download and play this game you will not be sorry                 Addictive

First you repeat the same HO scenes over and over and over again BORING Second you collect points click on flowers and place items in scenes Why Is there a point to these games You repeat the same HO scenes so often that you actually memorize the lists Horrible And now that Im playing on my new iPad it slots all my progress and it wants me to start over     Boooooooooring

I have been enjoying playing but find it slow to react when tapping on hidden objects making it a bit frustrating I was in the middle of play when a message popped up saying I need to get update but it is not available So play is interrupted until update appears in AppStore           Not Bad but not great

This game is a good right brain exercise I am right brained and have trouble seeing details One could spend a fortune on this game but I havent spent a penny I just keep playing the same pictures until I accrue enough to open up a new window The only frustrating thing about the game is that it leads me to a window which does not produce the object I want If I need more money I can sell objects But be careful Always leave at least two of each object unsold I pick up this game several times a day and play for a few minutes each time One negative thing is that the Internet is required to play the game I dont mind doing the same scene again and again              Love the game
