GETTING THINGS DONE BEAUTIFULLY Midnight Inbox Mobile is so much more than a to-do list and a task manager. Midnight Inbox is the most faithful implementation of the Getting Things Done (GTD) techniques by David Allen ...
The app looks nice however the menus and input system is far too complicated and unintuitive Definitely not worth 5 Keep looking Nice attempt but far too unintuitive
This is the best looking to do app available Probably the best method for processing your to do inbox However because there is now no method for syncing across devices it makes this app useless Its a shame that something as simple as sending a text based file ruins a great app They could sync through iCloud Dropbox Toodledo please anything and it would be my only todo app I stead its a waist of money Sync options
This app had some serious issues when first released I havent found anything wrong with the new version and the sync works great Wonderful app for GTD followers Works Now
Very nice the iCloud sync is flawless Great GTD app iCloud sync
Its good looking yes Sits on my device unused I bought it in hopes that it would be up running soon About a year ago There have been no updates to address issues since 2013 there are some issues to be addressed The desktop version is free but I dont believe that has been updated either The 2 versions do not sync to one another the methodology is a little inconvenient at this time Potential Unrealized
Sync is kinda bogus it only partially works Lists created on my iPad do NOT appear with my other lists So mutch for organization I can only access them by first going to next actions and then selecting the task that I THINK is part of the list The datetime picker is HORRIBLE Its far less efficient than the standard spin wheel If they want something better than what iOS provides they should take a page from Pocket Informants play book Contexts and locations are NOT location aware so forget about location based reminders A straight list of next actions is not very usefule if you have a lot of projectslists However a next actions list thats automatically filtered by location is see OmniFocus A pictures worth a thousand words Sometimes the best note is just a photo The notes feature doesnt allow you to attach media and it doesnt work with the keyboards new transcription feature Transcription works in other parts of the app but not in notes Or rather it stopped working after I made my second note Serious Flaws
Ive been waiting for the iPhone app for a long time now but it definitely worth the wait The integration with iCloud works great and Im now syncing occurs in the background seamlessly Now I can get back to doing GTD the right way Worth the wait
